GBProfessional and caring It took me over a month to figure out a formula that would alleviate the pain. The staff at Columbia Care were so patient and knowledgeable. Kristen especially was compassionate and ever so patient with me. Her advice was perfect. I'm hoping in the future Columbia will offer a better variety of products. This whole experience has been life changing for me.

GBHorrible services Horrible services. The appointment was never confirmed and then cancelled without notice. When I called. No one new about it. There is a disconnected between this site and the providers. Would not recommend.

GBAvoid setting up your clinic with them. This place is horrible. We've had them for around a year, we got about 4 appointments at the beginning and after that, nothing else. We tried to edit our profile to see if we could mix it up and attract more patients but there's literally no option to do this anywhere. In the end, we decided to cancel our subscription... BUT, there's no option to do so on the website. There's a chat support, but it doesn't work. You can email them in the "contact us" page, which doesn't have a phone number. Good luck with that. There's only 1 mention of a phone number at the bottom of one of the privacy pages. But good luck getting a hold of anyone because after 2 minutes, it automatically throws you into voicemail. So clearly their way to make money is making you subscribe into a service you can't cancel. Your best bet is contacting your bank and blocking all future debit attempts from this scam. GBThis office has been the worst… This office has been the worst experience. I am on a low income budget so I went to this office to take advantage of the monthly payments. I had been working through customer service issues with 'their system' which automatically charges you every month even if you place no orders and don't have any active recommendations from your doctor. After a back and forth they finally agreed to waive the fees the system was automatically charging me. I went a month getting orders like normal before they attempted to collect the fees again the following month. They shut down all my recs after that and refused to open them until I paid the fee. So they went back on their word and they hung up on me. I am not rude on the phone...I am just low income and trying to get anxiety medication.

GBWould Not recommend this doctor Would Not recommend this doctor to anyone. Recently renewed my card just to have the doctor lower all of my recommendations to practically nothing. I was unable to purchase any of my medicine after the renewal. Now I keep getting put on hold and getting hung up on 20 minutes later. I'm just trying to get in contact with them to get the problem resolved but they've made it extremely difficult and frustrating. I will be switching doctors immediately!
