SGSuper inconvenient When you dig deeper into crm you find out it was not built for marketing or sales: - The webforms do not capture your UTM, so you don't know where the clients come from - The sales person has to go and manually check all the channels of communication. If you have 3+ it's a huge problem - You cannot send a proactive whatsapp straightaway to client - you have to create a campaign + a journey - which is really bad - There is no report for the simple sales funnel Plus bugs everywhere. Support is very nice and they are really trying to help but the product is bad

MYI'm having a lot of problems with the… I'm having a lot of problems with the email function. Whilst I try to keep the customer database fresh - in my industry there is a lot of turnover so invariably my emails bounce more than usual as my customers roll in and out of projects. Often I don't know they've left until an email bounces and I investigate. I'm then constantly battling with this CRM that my emails bounce rate is too high etc etc.

GBMight be one of the worst customer service experiences Might be one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Like others have said, you call them, no one picks up and if they do they are all Indians with TERRIBLE English speaking skills. You can not understand a single thing they say and they are rude and will not listen. Once you send them an email, no one answers and they keep closing tickets and no one responds. You can go onto a customer service portal and chat with them and the guy does not have a clue and says he/she will create, yet again, another ticket that no one answers. The one and ONLY reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is the software is quite well done and easy to use. It does work well. Just do not try to get any support at all including billing support.

GBHorrible Business Practice and Customer Support The product is fine, but their business practices are egregious. They have a policy that you have to alert them 60 days ahead of your renewal date in order to cancel, however they don't send out any reminders or warnings that your account is about to renew. They charged me $828 for a product I stopped using almost a year ago and refuse to refund my money. Run, don't walk, away from this company.
