SGSuper inconvenient When you dig deeper into crm you find out it was not built for marketing or sales: - The webforms do not capture your UTM, so you don't know where the clients come from - The sales person has to go and manually check all the channels of communication. If you have 3+ it's a huge problem - You cannot send a proactive whatsapp straightaway to client - you have to create a campaign + a journey - which is really bad - There is no report for the simple sales funnel Plus bugs everywhere. Support is very nice and they are really trying to help but the product is bad

PTOne of the worst produts I came across… One of the worst produts I came across and a very good example of a product that doesn't match the expectations! Unbeliavable bugs, support service takes forever to fix issues, clear lack of professionalism and know of of some agents. One thing they are good, though: product image and how they advertise features. Too bad the expectations go down the drain once you start using the product and the support service.

MYI'm having a lot of problems with the… I'm having a lot of problems with the email function. Whilst I try to keep the customer database fresh - in my industry there is a lot of turnover so invariably my emails bounce more than usual as my customers roll in and out of projects. Often I don't know they've left until an email bounces and I investigate. I'm then constantly battling with this CRM that my emails bounce rate is too high etc etc.

GBHorrible Business Practice and Customer Support The product is fine, but their business practices are egregious. They have a policy that you have to alert them 60 days ahead of your renewal date in order to cancel, however they don't send out any reminders or warnings that your account is about to renew. They charged me $828 for a product I stopped using almost a year ago and refuse to refund my money. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

GBRoshini - deserves a bonus! There have been ups and a couple of glitches, but some team member inparticular have been outstanding. Roshini is a real credit to her organization and deserves a huge recognition for this. Thank you for always going the extra mile straight away, especially when I've found it hard to even get through to other support people.
