Mis-sold me a product based on lies and… Mis-sold me a product based on lies and then attempted me to strong arm me into a different plan for another couple thousand dollars. Stay far away.

Unethical business practices Unethical business practices. Rocketreach automatically charges you in the future when you think you've made a one-time purchase. They refuse to refund and do not cancel your subscription timely. Rocketreach offered a partial refund via "subscription downgrade" and then did not process the refund. And then refused to process saying that your re-request wasn't timely. Dishonest business. Avoid.

Misrepresenting my business, no permission, refuse to remove it. What a scam Like most of the other reviews about this platform, they have taken data and published it on their platform. They've taken incorrect data and even published two employee profiles without our permission. So they are misrepresenting my business, and when contacted, they refuse to remove the data, claiming they have every right to do so. I have never run into a more unprofessional garbage listing platform until now. This is ridiculous.

Insanely Bad at Latin American Surnames The platform hasn't bothered to localize for the second-most widely language spoken in the world. I'm going to say this one time: in Spanish-language naming conventions, the FIRST SURNAME IS MORE DEFINITIVE THAN THE SECOND SURNAME. That means if you are looking for Juan Gonzalez Cortes's emails, guessing Juan Cortes is going to get you nowhere. Can't believe I paid 60 bucks for this. At least stop docking our credits for these bunk results.

Personal data published without consent Personal data published without consent. What a useless company!! They have taken peoples private data, stored it and then displayed it on their website without their consent. If someone gives Linkedin their consent to store and publish their information it doesn't automatically mean they gave RockerReach consent. To remove your account they want me to "claim my profile" to remove it which I simply refuse since I didn't create the profile in the first place.
