As a realtor As a realtor, RocketReach has allowed me to make contact with key people in the real estate space. It quickly allows me to search and find the person I am looking for and give me the best optional contact information. We are living in a fast paced society. RR has given me the boost I was missing. I highly recommend it to any professional looking to improve their productivity and time.

They don't give refunds Signed up for a month, paid £40 and figured it was useless after an hour - requested a refund and was told it didn't meet their 'refund policy'. Total scam of a company. Any reputable saas company would happily refund if you found the product to be unsuitable after such short use. Terrible

Published my personal information… Published my personal information without my consent. You have to register on their platform before you can request to remove your own personal information. Blatantly lying that they care about your privacy. They care as much as a serial killer cares about your safety. My personal information including my photograph should not be in the public domain. Yet RocketReach has left it there and does not provide a way for me to remove it without jumping through hoops.

Misrepresenting my business, no permission, refuse to remove it. What a scam Like most of the other reviews about this platform, they have taken data and published it on their platform. They've taken incorrect data and even published two employee profiles without our permission. So they are misrepresenting my business, and when contacted, they refuse to remove the data, claiming they have every right to do so. I have never run into a more unprofessional garbage listing platform until now. This is ridiculous.

Personal data published without consent Personal data published without consent. What a useless company!! They have taken peoples private data, stored it and then displayed it on their website without their consent. If someone gives Linkedin their consent to store and publish their information it doesn't automatically mean they gave RockerReach consent. To remove your account they want me to "claim my profile" to remove it which I simply refuse since I didn't create the profile in the first place.
