GBUnethical business practices Unethical business practices. Rocketreach automatically charges you in the future when you think you've made a one-time purchase. They refuse to refund and do not cancel your subscription timely. Rocketreach offered a partial refund via "subscription downgrade" and then did not process the refund. And then refused to process saying that your re-request wasn't timely. Dishonest business. Avoid.

ZAPublished my personal information… Published my personal information without my consent. You have to register on their platform before you can request to remove your own personal information. Blatantly lying that they care about your privacy. They care as much as a serial killer cares about your safety. My personal information including my photograph should not be in the public domain. Yet RocketReach has left it there and does not provide a way for me to remove it without jumping through hoops.

GBAll my ex-LinkedIn Account information… All my ex-LinkedIn Account information has turned up on RocketReach. I put my information on LinkedIn in good faith, I did not expect it to be 'scraped' and end up on another website where it is sold! I closed my LinkedIn account months ago. I have requested RocketReach twice to erase the information. I can't do it via their form as I don't know the RocketReach profile or LinkedIn URL as I do not have accounts with either platform. Fed up with all the unsolicited e-mails from companies in the USA and UK. If I could give no stars for the experience I would have.

GBPersonal data published without consent Personal data published without consent. What a useless company!! They have taken peoples private data, stored it and then displayed it on their website without their consent. If someone gives Linkedin their consent to store and publish their information it doesn't automatically mean they gave RockerReach consent. To remove your account they want me to "claim my profile" to remove it which I simply refuse since I didn't create the profile in the first place.

NLBunch of cowboys who illegally acquire my data Bunch of cowboys who illegally acquire personal data. They illegally acquired and sold my phone number, email and name to other businesses. I'm receiving spam calls thanks to these people, even though my phone number is included in every official do-not-call registry. Companies like this need to die out.
