Todo bien hasta que tengan que responder por algo dañado ,estamos en abril y aquí esperando desde el 19 de enero ,abusadores un Sheds de 1000 dólares Since January 19 I received a Sheds with the roof piece damaged and they do not comply with the customer, be careful!!!!! Everything is fine until they have to answer for something damaged, we are in April and here we have been waiting since January 19, abusers for a Sheds of 1000 dollars

GBBought quantity of 2 items Bought quantity of 2 items. Received only one correct item. Wanted to exchange it and was told I’d receive a return label within 24 hours. Still haven’t received it as of 5 days now. Luckily Walmart refunded my purchase because I bought through Walmart’s website. But I believe VM never intended to send label, and was just giving lip service while on 3-way call with myself, and Walmart accounts manager.

GBDamaged Fridge. Customer Experience Team' Absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a new fridge from amazon but on delivery it was badly damaged. Spreetail gave me a full refund and told me to discard the fridge. 10 out of 10 .

GBI ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and… I ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and didn’t get it out of the box til the first week of July. On July 27th the pump stopped working completely. Was told there’s literally nothing that can be done bc it’s passed the 30 day window, no replacement, no refund, no returns! This company sounds like a scam and I’ll make sure everyone I know never orders from this company ever again.

GBSwimming Pool This is the worst shipping company thus far. I originally ordered my 1st pool off Walmart only for Spreetail to say it was a lost label. They sent a 2nd replacement and again a lost label. Now here I am on my 4th replacement without any indication on why my order has not gotten picked up by FedEx. I am beyond pissed and will be pushing this higher because now this is ridiculous!
