I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for the other items / details of their dispatch or a refund... ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS. Reading the other reviews I see that they are not really bothered with menial things like good customer service. Like many other reviewers, I wish I'd have read the previous reviews before I ordered. I used an intermediary company to make the purchase, have used them before with great success. They state that they do not get involved with transaction issues. š¤š¤¦š»āāļø STEER CLEAR

GBBought quantity of 2 items Bought quantity of 2 items. Received only one correct item. Wanted to exchange it and was told Iād receive a return label within 24 hours. Still havenāt received it as of 5 days now. Luckily Walmart refunded my purchase because I bought through Walmartās website. But I believe VM never intended to send label, and was just giving lip service while on 3-way call with myself, and Walmart accounts manager.

GBI recently bought headphones from them⦠I recently bought headphones from them through target. When I opened the package it wasnāt headphones, it was a baby car seat cover. It was a huge headache for me to get a refund and they made me wait over 2 weeks to issue my refund. So I thought I was just buying headphones from target, but actually I was buying an extra trip to ups to mail back the car seat cover and then someone else got to hold my money hostage while I waited for them to āprocessā the return. So just know if you use this company, you will be punished for any mistakes they make. I finally received my refund over 2 weeks after the day I was supposed to receive headphones. *edit - I did contact your customer service through email because even when you received the item back I still was waiting on a refund.The email said they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days. And then when that didnāt happen, I spoke to target who said your policy was up to 10 business days. My point is, none of this was my fault. Itās not like I received headphones and then said āI really donāt like the look of these headphones, theyāre ugly, Iām going to return them.ā YOU SENT ME A BABY CARSEAT COVER. You sent me the wrong product, and the least you could have done was issue my refund the day the package arrived at your warehouse. My purpose for this review is to let people know of my experience. It was not pleasant, and if it were pleasant, I would still make a review. I tried to do it on Target.com but for some reason my review wasnāt approved.

GBVery disappointed with this company!! Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a pool that was in stock when I paid. In stock when they took the money out of my account. And then received the wrong pool. Kindly returned that one as requested completely unopened when called to discuss receiving the proper pool. Now they are all of a sudden out of stock and I canāt get the item at all plus have to wait 3-5 business days to receive my refund therefore leaving me unable to purchase another one in time for my childās birthday party. Heāll be very disappointed to not have the pool he picked out for his party. Very disappointed. Will avoid all ordered through this company.

GBThis place is a total scam! This place is a total scam!! Not sure how big retailers can even use them as a third party on their websites. They keep creating fake FedEx labels then claim the product got lost or warehouse issue!! No product nor refund yet as they claim they need at least ā96 business hoursā from each fake FedEx label they create. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
