GBReceived an item addressed to my… Received an item addressed to my address in my mother’s name. We never ordered this item and when I contacted the company to inquire why it was sent, I was given instructions to put in a fraud claim on my credit card. As I said over and over, we were not charged. This item just showed up, on a Sunday, from FedEx. A baby pool for infants 1-3 addressed to a 75 year old woman with a traumatic brain injury. Unfortunately, this company seems to not understand and appears to not have any records on items they ship out.

GBOutstanding unrivalled customer service… I received a water butt ordered through Amazon from Spreetail There were parts missing and after contacting them, they gave me a refund so that I could buy parts elsewhere, which I was disappointed about and thought they should have made it easier for me, by sending replacement parts They then have refunded me in full and sent replacement parts I cannot fault them, they have bent over backwards to make me happy and preserve their outstanding customer service reputation Richard

GBDamaged goods 2 of 2 Orders I placed an order with Walmart for 3 boxes of clear storage containers, which were shipped by Spreetail. Upon their arrive, the box was visually damaged. The box had about 30 pieces of tape attempting to hold the box together. Someone at some point noticed the beat up, falling apart box and attempted to resolve it with a bunch of clear masking tape. The insides were broken. It was returned. It's replacement arrived...also broken. This second box was held together by a single piece of masking tape on the top and bottom. The tape was insufficient to hold the box together. Consequently, the top of the box was free to open and close. Amazon delivery rarely delivers a broken product for me. But with two Walmart orders, two of two are damaged goods. Disappointed.

GBVery disappointed with this company!! Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a pool that was in stock when I paid. In stock when they took the money out of my account. And then received the wrong pool. Kindly returned that one as requested completely unopened when called to discuss receiving the proper pool. Now they are all of a sudden out of stock and I can’t get the item at all plus have to wait 3-5 business days to receive my refund therefore leaving me unable to purchase another one in time for my child’s birthday party. He’ll be very disappointed to not have the pool he picked out for his party. Very disappointed. Will avoid all ordered through this company.

GBBought quantity of 2 items Bought quantity of 2 items. Received only one correct item. Wanted to exchange it and was told I’d receive a return label within 24 hours. Still haven’t received it as of 5 days now. Luckily Walmart refunded my purchase because I bought through Walmart’s website. But I believe VM never intended to send label, and was just giving lip service while on 3-way call with myself, and Walmart accounts manager.
