They mess up, but will fix it if you push them. Not my favorite company. false advertising. Sells defective second hand crap sent in dilapidated boxes. Then refuses to refund based off of technicalities. But after persisting, the third time I tried, someone did apologize and refund my order, though I had threatened to contact the attorney general. More like 2.5 stars. But they resolved things faster than DHGate and Wish. The bar is low these days.

Spreetail The company do not send out what you order. Do not order anything from them on Amazon! The company is unprofessional and are ripping people off especially Amazon who have to refund on their behalf. They use Hermes which are the worst courier company in the U.K. They dump parcels anywhere and lie and say handed to the customer. Citizens get rid of these companies and don’t support them.

One star is too good for this company One star is too good for this company. Ordered a shed yesterday. Paid n full and received my order confirmation. Spreetail much have listed the wrong price so they contacted eBay and lied saying I canceled the order. Tried reaching out to manager. They could care less. Beware FALSE ADVERTISING. Refunding for something you didn’t ship does not sound like a remedy to me. I wish I had seen all these other reviews before I placed my order. Seems like this company is very bad business practices and does not care about customer service. Just another sale or not

Outstanding unrivalled customer service… I received a water butt ordered through Amazon from Spreetail There were parts missing and after contacting them, they gave me a refund so that I could buy parts elsewhere, which I was disappointed about and thought they should have made it easier for me, by sending replacement parts They then have refunded me in full and sent replacement parts I cannot fault them, they have bent over backwards to make me happy and preserve their outstanding customer service reputation Richard

I ordered an inflatable hot tub from… I ordered an inflatable hot tub from them through Amazon. I was told it would be delivered March 27. Then it jumped to March 29. Now it says April 2. They ship through FedEx, which is notoriously late with packages, especially expensive ones. This company shipped from Nevada, it went to Mississippi and the destination is California. Make it make sense. It's disgusting a big corporation thinks it's ok to take a cheap shipping route to avoid higher costs. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Edit to spreetails reply.
