Todo bien hasta que tengan que responder por algo dañado ,estamos en abril y aquí esperando desde el 19 de enero ,abusadores un Sheds de 1000 dólares Since January 19 I received a Sheds with the roof piece damaged and they do not comply with the customer, be careful!!!!! Spreetail The company do not send out what you order. Do not order anything from them on Amazon! The company is unprofessional and are ripping people off especially Amazon who have to refund on their behalf. They use Hermes which are the worst courier company in the U.K. They dump parcels anywhere and lie and say handed to the customer. Citizens get rid of these companies and don’t support them.

Received an item addressed to my… Received an item addressed to my address in my mother’s name. We never ordered this item and when I contacted the company to inquire why it was sent, I was given instructions to put in a fraud claim on my credit card. As I said over and over, we were not charged. This item just showed up, on a Sunday, from FedEx. A baby pool for infants 1-3 addressed to a 75 year old woman with a traumatic brain injury. Unfortunately, this company seems to not understand and appears to not have any records on items they ship out.

Damaged goods 2 of 2 Orders I placed an order with Walmart for 3 boxes of clear storage containers, which were shipped by Spreetail. Upon their arrive, the box was visually damaged. The box had about 30 pieces of tape attempting to hold the box together. Someone at some point noticed the beat up, falling apart box and attempted to resolve it with a bunch of clear masking tape. The insides were broken. It was returned. It's replacement arrived...also broken. This second box was held together by a single piece of masking tape on the top and bottom. The tape was insufficient to hold the box together. Consequently, the top of the box was free to open and close. Amazon delivery rarely delivers a broken product for me. But with two Walmart orders, two of two are damaged goods. Disappointed.

Outstanding unrivalled customer service… I received a water butt ordered through Amazon from Spreetail There were parts missing and after contacting them, they gave me a refund so that I could buy parts elsewhere, which I was disappointed about and thought they should have made it easier for me, by sending replacement parts They then have refunded me in full and sent replacement parts I cannot fault them, they have bent over backwards to make me happy and preserve their outstanding customer service reputation Richard
