Todo bien hasta que tengan que responder por algo dañado ,estamos en abril y aquí esperando desde el 19 de enero ,abusadores un Sheds de 1000 dólares Since January 19 I received a Sheds with the roof piece damaged and they do not comply with the customer, be careful!!!!! Everything is fine until they have to answer for something damaged, we are in April and here we have been waiting since January 19, abusers for a Sheds of 1000 dollars

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO REVIEW 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Only 1 of 4 parts of the order arrived (all parts were identical). I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for the other items / details of their dispatch or a refund... ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS. Reading the other reviews I see that they are not really bothered with menial things like good customer service. Like many other reviewers, I wish I'd have read the previous reviews before I ordered. I used an intermediary company to make the purchase, have used them before with great success. They state that they do not get involved with transaction issues. 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️ STEER CLEAR

Damaged Fridge. Customer Experience Team' Absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a new fridge from amazon but on delivery it was badly damaged. Spreetail gave me a full refund and told me to discard the fridge. 10 out of 10 .

Received an item addressed to my… Received an item addressed to my address in my mother’s name. We never ordered this item and when I contacted the company to inquire why it was sent, I was given instructions to put in a fraud claim on my credit card. As I said over and over, we were not charged. This item just showed up, on a Sunday, from FedEx. A baby pool for infants 1-3 addressed to a 75 year old woman with a traumatic brain injury. Unfortunately, this company seems to not understand and appears to not have any records on items they ship out.

I ordered an inflatable hot tub from… I ordered an inflatable hot tub from them through Amazon. I was told it would be delivered March 27. Then it jumped to March 29. Now it says April 2. They ship through FedEx, which is notoriously late with packages, especially expensive ones. This company shipped from Nevada, it went to Mississippi and the destination is California. Make it make sense. It's disgusting a big corporation thinks it's ok to take a cheap shipping route to avoid higher costs. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Edit to spreetails reply. I've already got no help from you when trying to get help.
