Damaged Fridge. Customer Experience Team' Absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a new fridge from amazon but on delivery it was badly damaged. Spreetail gave me a full refund and told me to discard the fridge. 10 out of 10 .

This place is a total scam! This place is a total scam!! Not sure how big retailers can even use them as a third party on their websites. They keep creating fake FedEx labels then claim the product got lost or warehouse issue!! No product nor refund yet as they claim they need at least “96 business hours” from each fake FedEx label they create. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They mess up, but will fix it if you push them. Not my favorite company. false advertising. Sells defective second hand crap sent in dilapidated boxes. Then refuses to refund based off of technicalities. But after persisting, the third time I tried, someone did apologize and refund my order, though I had threatened to contact the attorney general. More like 2.5 stars. But they resolved things faster than DHGate and Wish. The bar is low these days.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO REVIEW 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Only 1 of 4 parts of the order arrived (all parts were identical). I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for the other items / details of their dispatch or a refund... ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS. Reading the other reviews I see that they are not really bothered with menial things like good customer service. Like many other reviewers, I wish I'd have read the previous reviews before I ordered. I used an intermediary company to make the purchase, have used them before with great success. They state that they do not get involved with transaction issues. 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️ STEER CLEAR

Spreetail The company do not send out what you order. Do not order anything from them on Amazon! The company is unprofessional and are ripping people off especially Amazon who have to refund on their behalf. They use Hermes which are the worst courier company in the U.K. They dump parcels anywhere and lie and say handed to the customer. Citizens get rid of these companies and don’t support them.
