Outstanding unrivalled customer service… I received a water butt ordered through Amazon from Spreetail There were parts missing and after contacting them, they gave me a refund so that I could buy parts elsewhere, which I was disappointed about and thought they should have made it easier for me, by sending replacement parts They then have refunded me in full and sent replacement parts I cannot fault them, they have bent over backwards to make me happy and preserve their outstanding customer service reputation Richard

Damaged Fridge. Customer Experience Team' Absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a new fridge from amazon but on delivery it was badly damaged. Spreetail gave me a full refund and told me to discard the fridge. 10 out of 10 .

They mess up, but will fix it if you push them. Not my favorite company. false advertising. Sells defective second hand crap sent in dilapidated boxes. Then refuses to refund based off of technicalities. But after persisting, the third time I tried, someone did apologize and refund my order, though I had threatened to contact the attorney general. More like 2.5 stars. But they resolved things faster than DHGate and Wish. The bar is low these days.

I bought a $1300+ pool from the company and there's a hole!!! I bought a $1300+ pool from the company. After spending hundreds of dollars to bring in a truck load of dirt, spending the weekend building the pad, setting up the pool and filling a 12x25x4.4 pool with another couple hundred dollars worth of water the pool has a hole on one side! I called the company and they said they would send me a new liner. Great, problem solved, great resolution right?!? No, I then get a message saying they don't have a liner and they can reimburse me a couple of hundred dollars for me to try and find a replacement liner elsewhere instead. What is that going to do? I'm into this pool about $2000 and an awful lot of work!!! This is unfair and ridiculous! How can a company that sells the product not have a replacement part for their own product? DO NOT purchase a pool from this company because they are a bunch of liars and their business ethics are non existent!!! I am extremely disappointed, angry and frustrated and so are my grandkids! Definitely not worth the time and money!!! If I could have given them 0 or no stars on this review I would have 😡😭

I recently bought headphones from them… I recently bought headphones from them through target. When I opened the package it wasn’t headphones, it was a baby car seat cover. It was a huge headache for me to get a refund and they made me wait over 2 weeks to issue my refund. So I thought I was just buying headphones from target, but actually I was buying an extra trip to ups to mail back the car seat cover and then someone else got to hold my money hostage while I waited for them to ‘process’ the return. So just know if you use this company, you will be punished for any mistakes they make. I finally received my refund over 2 weeks after the day I was supposed to receive headphones. *edit - I did contact your customer service through email because even when you received the item back I still was waiting on a refund.The email said they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days. And then when that didn’t happen, I spoke to target who said your policy was up to 10 business days. My point is, none of this was my fault. It’s not like I received headphones and then said “I really don’t like the look of these headphones, they’re ugly, I’m going to return them.” YOU SENT ME A BABY CARSEAT COVER. You sent me the wrong product, and the least you could have done was issue my refund the day the package arrived at your warehouse. My purpose for this review is to let people know of my experience. It was not pleasant, and if it were pleasant, I would still make a review. I tried to do it on Target.com but for some reason my review wasn’t approved.
