USThey mess up, but will fix it if you push them. Not my favorite company. false advertising. Sells defective second hand crap sent in dilapidated boxes. Then refuses to refund based off of technicalities. But after persisting, the third time I tried, someone did apologize and refund my order, though I had threatened to contact the attorney general. More like 2.5 stars. But they resolved things faster than DHGate and Wish. The bar is low these days.

GBOutstanding unrivalled customer service… I received a water butt ordered through Amazon from Spreetail There were parts missing and after contacting them, they gave me a refund so that I could buy parts elsewhere, which I was disappointed about and thought they should have made it easier for me, by sending replacement parts They then have refunded me in full and sent replacement parts I cannot fault them, they have bent over backwards to make me happy and preserve their outstanding customer service reputation Richard

USI ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and… I ordered a pool pump on 6-16 and didn’t get it out of the box til the first week of July. On July 27th the pump stopped working completely. Was told there’s literally nothing that can be done bc it’s passed the 30 day window, no replacement, no refund, no returns! This company sounds like a scam and I’ll make sure everyone I know never orders from this company ever again.

USThis place is a total scam! This place is a total scam!! Not sure how big retailers can even use them as a third party on their websites. They keep creating fake FedEx labels then claim the product got lost or warehouse issue!! No product nor refund yet as they claim they need at least “96 business hours” from each fake FedEx label they create. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

USBought quantity of 2 items Bought quantity of 2 items. Received only one correct item. Wanted to exchange it and was told I’d receive a return label within 24 hours. Still haven’t received it as of 5 days now. Luckily Walmart refunded my purchase because I bought through Walmart’s website. But I believe VM never intended to send label, and was just giving lip service while on 3-way call with myself, and Walmart accounts manager.
