Vegamour ruins your hair… Vegamour products are so well marketed that I stupidly got on the hook (did not check independent reviews) and spent around $300 for shampoo and serum to improve quality of my hair. After 3 weeks of using it my hair got worse. Every time I wash, it falls out more than ever before (scary), and there is no other reason for that to happen as I have not changed my diet or health status. The product is clearly neither compatible nor beneficial for me. Furthermore, while it stated that serum is water based, it leaves my fine hair sticky and flat. Returning product is a nightmare as they limit it to 30 days from purchase and it took 10 days from purchase when I got it. Then they deduct processing fee, postage fees so you are basically scammed. There are so many beautiful natural hair strengthening products based on castor oil and ayurvedic oils. Stay away from synthetics and companies making profit on you.

There is a specific online form that you are asked to fill, that basically just goes into a void. NO response, NO acknowledgement. They charged me full price and sent the next shipping, despite all my efforts to cancel. ITS A SCAM! They will charge your account no matter what.

A very good product, but delivery packaging should be better The product has helped me and another member of my family - we've used GRO Dry Shampoo and also Growth Serum. I'd recommend these. Their ingredients are also pretty wholesome and safe. One note of criticism is that sometimes the items arrive in a box without being secured to sit tightly and there is no softening filler inside to prevent them from colliding - this is in reference to GRO Shampoo sprayers. They sometimes are banged up from being tossed around during delivery.

Very difficult to cancel Very difficult to cancel. You cannot simply do it online and you must call customer service. Two hours after receiving the email that my next bottle would be shipped, I called to cancel. They said it was impossible, even though the confirmation email allows you to choose add-ons as well as the fact that my account information said that the order status was "unfilled". They did give me the option to return once I received the new shipment at a cost of $8. When I asked them to send me an email with proof of cancellation, they said their system was not set up for that. So we will see what happens next month.

The Best Out There Vegamour is the best out there hands down! My hairdresser has been noticing lots of new growth. Unlike the other brands that I've tried, my scalp is never irritated by the serum and it doesn't leave any residue in my hair. I've been using the serum for over a year now, and started the gummies a few months ago.
