They make it impossible to change your payment method, to cancel your subscription and they tell you they already shipped the item even though they took the money out a few hours before! from a subscription you cancelled months ago! Which I have proof of through emails and sent them! NOPE! Completely unethical!!

A very good product, but delivery packaging should be better The product has helped me and another member of my family - we've used GRO Dry Shampoo and also Growth Serum. I'd recommend these. Their ingredients are also pretty wholesome and safe. One note of criticism is that sometimes the items arrive in a box without being secured to sit tightly and there is no softening filler inside to prevent them from colliding - this is in reference to GRO Shampoo sprayers. They sometimes are banged up from being tossed around during delivery.

Subscribed me without my permission Subscribed me without my permission! I purchased a product from them previously and was notified that I was subscribed to their monthly subsciption where they will send me the Vegamour gro serum and shampoo and conditioner every month. I was charged on my credit card with no notification from the company that I had a subscription on my account. And even after I emailed customer support to stop the subscription, they DID NOT remove the subscription! As a result, I got charged AGAIN the next month and they sent me products that I did not even want. I had to go back and forth with their customer service over more than 5 emails to finally get myself removed from the subscription. This is fraud and is so ridiculous to send me products I did not agree to buy!!

Awful experience Absolutely awful product with an awful customer service. I emailed them months back to cancel my subscription. Looked at my account and saw funds taken out from my account. Contacted them straight away to cancel the shipment but they said it was too late and I will need to return the products from my expense. Their excuse why they sent the products was apparently I reactivated the shipment which is rubbish. Now they are being difficult refunding my money even though I have returned everything. They are an absolute nightmare. Don’t ever subscribe otherwise they will scam you

Confidence on your crown with Vegamour I have used Vegamour Gro + serum daily since July 2022. I feel that many people may not be giving the product consistent 3 month usage before making a decision on how well it works. My confidence has increased. I can get ready much faster. On day 3 of hair washing, I can either use a bit of dry shampoo or put a few curls framing my face to get another day out of my hair. People comment on the health of my hair. It is longer than it has been since my 30’s. My hairdresser bought it for her sister!
