DO NOT BUY FROM WIGYY It took 6 weeks to get the wig. I needed the wig within 2 weeks. I tried canceling the order but they said it was already on its way. I finally got it 4 weeks later. I sent the wig back to the address they indicated on their website. It came back to me with return to sender. Very disappointed with Wiggy. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGGY.

Never, never buy here Never buy from this company. First- inaccurate product. Wanted a medium brown color and received a dark brown. Second- Full returns? yes. Only if you send it back to China. A small package would cost $75. The return address on the website under the returns category is fake. Third- had to fight with offers from them.

WIGYY are scammers WIGYY are scammers! They sent me the wrong wig. I ordered a wig with short hair, but they sent a wig with long hair below the shoulders. I have the transcript of conversation with their rep and pictures of the wig I received still with the tag that proved the wig they sent did not remotely match the picture of the wig I ordered. They made some ridiculous low offers to retund $30 out of the $100+ price if I returned the wig to China, which would be a prohibitive cost. Their final offer was - return the wig and forward proof that I canceled my Pay Pal investigation case regarding this transaction - and then they would still only send me $30.00. Obviously, theirs is a standard, pre-planned scam. The picture of the wig they used is a picture of a Paula Jones wig. I don't think they have any of the wigs advertised on their website! Once they receive an order, they just send customers "a wig" of any description. Its the old bait and switch scam. I did not cancel the Paypal case I filed that requested a full refund due to fraud.. After their investigation, Paypal refunded the full purchase price to my bank account.

Not human hair I bought a topper and it said it was human hair and 12 inches long. Neither were true plus it took forever to get it to me. There are sooo many wig places out there don’t go to this one!!

The company claims to have shipped the items (and provided a tracking number) and then a month later told me the order was 6 weeks away from despatch. 5 requests to cancel the order and refund have been met with refusal and an offer to refund 10% then 20% then 30% and so on. TOTAL SCAM.
