A small package would cost $75. The return address on the website under the returns category is fake. Third- had to fight with offers from them.

Dishonest Company I ordered a blondish wig I saw in an ad on my phone. A few minutes later I was on my desktop and saw that the same wig was actually gray. I sent an email asking them to please cancel my order as it had not been processed yet because I didn't want a gray wig. They responded and offered a 30% refund if I would not cancel. I told them I would accept the refund or accept the same wig if it came in a blonde color. I received the gray wig but they did not give me the 30% refund. After many emails to them, they offered a 20% refund if I would not return the wig, then 30% again. I still have nothing from them. You cannot trust them. Do not buy from them.

I WILL TALK WITH MY BANK TO RETRIEVE PAYMENT. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THE DELAY WAS DUE TO BEING CUSTOM MADE, I QUESTIONED THEM AND SAID, IN THE DESCRIPTION, IT SAID IT WAS NOT CUSTOM MADE, THEN THE NEXT EMAIL, WAS A PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING, THEN NEXT EMAIL, WAS DUE TO BEING DELAYED AS THEIR FACTORY WAS HAVING PROBLEMS, THEN EMAIL STRAIGHT AFTER SAYING IT WILL TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO SHIP, THATS WHAT THEY HAD BEEN SAYING SINCE THE BEGINNING, BUT SPINNING LIES ALONG THE WAY. IF YOUR HERE READING THESE REVIEWS AND STILL THINKING OF BUYING FROM WIGGY, PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL THESE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL TRUTHS.
