AWFUL EXPERIENCE First things first, I’m MAD AS A MF!!! I ordered this wig February 6th, and it took them LITERALLY almost 3 weeks after that to get my order here. I stayed on them, because I’m paying by installments and there was just no way in HELL they were going to fk me over like that. Anywho, after the first wash, I immediately noticed the shedding and tangling, especially from the frontal… ok, a week it’ll two later, washed a second time. I use only high quality hair care products, so I know it’s not my products. They don’t tell you that they’re coating the hair in silicone and other chemicals that wear off like a relaxer. They give the influencers different quality than they do regular people. I called them out for it and the Jessie person didn’t answer any of my questions, but tried to use a coupon and a refund to talk me down. If you are paying in installments or even the full amount, stand up to them! Money does not grow on trees! Do not give them money that they don’t deserve… Invest in raw hair, because the hair that’s “virgin” is not virgin. They’re processing our hair! I’ve ordered from this company thinking I’d get good quality, it was my first time and I had a nerve to make a review about them when it got here…

Worst hair bought fro Iseehair 👎 I bought my Brazilian water wave January 2021, wore it once before wash then I washed it. Boy did the frontal come out as an Afro ? 😞. Tried reaching out to them and they are telling me I need to deep condition regularly with argan oil, this was my first wash and I did deep condition, I feel so cheated because the frontal is nothing absolutely nothing like the bundles used

disappointed! Don’t do it Was very disappointed!! Bundles were SUPER thin. Sheds… tangles. I usually don’t buy hair offline for this reason. Never again.

Terrible quality Terrible quality. Not true to length and after first wash the wig basically was trashed. The frontal shed so much there were balding spots on the sides and I had to keep timing the lace to keep up. The hair broke off and shed like crazy. Over processed, low quality hair.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! Did not receive the correct order tried returning the item no response for a month! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! very disappointed
