so this is an update on my previous… so this is an update on my previous iseehair review. I reached out to them on IG. They were able to get me a tracking number and said they had sent confirmation email to me. I double checked my inbox, spam, all mail, junk, trash, nothing. They sent a screen shot showing they sent it to me, but i didn’t receive it. They eventually sent it to me again with my tracking number. Finally Kate replied me and sent me my tracking number too. able to track my item and it’s in London. Would give more update when the hair finally comes

Stay away Stay away! I ordered my mother a wig beginning of sept! Her b day was 10/24, on 10/9 I req a refund cause it still hadn’t ship and they were not responding! I contacted my bank and they contacted isee, the hsir all of sudden shipped the next day! Fast forward, I received on 10/15. My mom gets it on her b day and immediately says , this isn’t 14 inch! It’s more like 10-12 inch, very short! I contact them for return address cause I see they just shipped anything to us to stop the dispute and they will not give me the address! Now they’re ignoring my emails! Stay far away from this crappy company !

I ordered on7/7/23 and as of today… I ordered on7/7/23 and as of today 7/24/23 it still says processing!!! I emailed them several times and the just keep coming up with excuses!!! Now they are not even replying!!! I have never been through this before!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. I ordered my $500 wig in advance and 3 weeks later never received an update. I emailed them and they took days to respond. Still no effort to ship my wig just meaningless apologies. I cancelled my order abs requested a refund but they are being unresponsive.

I order a unit from this company on… I order a unit from this company on 3/22/2 and still haven’t received an update with shipment or tracking numbers. Ive been email and even downloaded whatsup app to call them. Ive only gotten 2 genric responses from them which apologized for the delay and lack of communication but still no results. I recently requested a refunc but from what am reading from different customers on here thats been a difficult process. This is very disappointing but not shocking considering from where its coming from
