This is why i like the old school way of seeing your items before you buy. Never again

Please avoid and save your hard earn money From sending the wrong length and density to continuous knotty kinky wigs and lace wigs that bald within a month. Stay away. I have spent thousands with this company over the years- but enough is enough a the other quality is very poor

This place is a SCAM!! This place is a SCAM!!! They stole $372 from me without ever shipping me my wig. I have sent several emails asking about the wig and the only response I got was “So sorry we’re delayed but it will be shipped in a couple of days” I placed a order with them on 03/03/23 and it is now 03/26/23 and never received it. I sent a follow up email requesting my money back and never heard anything back from them. Do not waste your money with them. I am now trying to see legally what I can do now moving forward to get my money back.

Don't buy from this company Don't buy from this company! A total scam and inaccurate lengths. Hair is cheap and started to fall out after dying. I contacted them for a refund and they will not refund me. I ordered the Peruvian loose wave u part wig. It wasn't loose wave and it was cheaply made and sewn. It was way too big and my head is huge and the track where the clips does not lay flat. I see hair I need my refund.

I emailed them and they took days to respond. Still no effort to ship my wig just meaningless apologies. I cancelled my order abs requested a refund but they are being unresponsive.
