I ordered on7/7/23 and as of today… I ordered on7/7/23 and as of today 7/24/23 it still says processing!!! I emailed them several times and the just keep coming up with excuses!!! Now they are not even replying!!! I have never been through this before!!!

ISEE Hair LIE to their customers ISEE hair lie about what they are selling to people. I purchased '9A' Peruvian hair and when I bleached it it at least half of it fell out. I have been bleaching and dying hair for 15 years, I know exactly what I am doing and this has never happened to me. I sent them videos and pictures and they said it was my fault, they are refusing to give me my money back. This is actually illegal because in the UK if you buy something faulty or are mis sold an item the seller MUST give you back your money. DO NOT trust this company.

Terrible quality Terrible quality. Not true to length and after first wash the wig basically was trashed. The frontal shed so much there were balding spots on the sides and I had to keep timing the lace to keep up. The hair broke off and shed like crazy. Over processed, low quality hair.

My experience with Iseehair has been… My experience with Iseehair has been nothing short of disastrous: 1. It's a blatant scam - avoid at all costs. 2. Frauds through and through, don't fall victim to their deceitful practices. 3. Stay far away from Iseehair. The reviews aren’t legit. They delete all negative comments or the whole instagram post then post it later. Those influencers advertising their products be testing them out of the box then switching to other wigs. DO NOT RELY ON THAT!! 4. Shockingly, the hair balds within a couple of days, raising serious concerns about their product quality. 5. The wig was uneven from the go with one side fuller than the other. Excessive shedding, contrary to their reassurances, persists without cessation, indicating a significant flaw in their products. 6. The after-sale support, particularly the contact person Jessie, proved to be disappointingly patronizing. Suggestions to watch influencer videos for care felt like a futile attempt to divert from their lack of quality. As a seasoned hair stylist, I can attest that good quality hair requires minimal effort and lasts for years - something Iseehair clearly lacks! I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Iseehair and spare themselves the frustration and disappointment associated with these fraudulent practices. Trust me, your hard earn money is not worth this crap. I paid with Afterpay and it still hurt just to see payment go through when the wig is balding balding. I’ve never experienced such thing! It’s a f*ing joke!! Don’t expect any accountability on their end. The legit don’t care about feedback. They just go on to their next victim. What a waste of money!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. I ordered my $500 wig in advance and 3 weeks later never received an update. I emailed them and they took days to respond. Still no effort to ship my wig just meaningless apologies. I cancelled my order abs requested a refund but they are being unresponsive.
