GBSCAM and Horrible Customer Service Do not order from this company. They shipped the wrong wig! They have the wrong return Address on the website, they don’t answer phone calls, emails, facebook messenger, fb posts, or WhatsApp. I have requested a full refund. The post office verified there is no such address to return the product. I’m working with my back for a full refund. Don’t waste your money with this company

GBBeautiful hair but oversized Their hair is beautiful and does appear realistic especially the invisible lace seemless blends into your scalp but some it's extremely oversized. If you have no hair like me from cutting all of it off for a fresh start, the cap will appear bulky and you may need to get it resized to fit your head perfectly. It will be great if multiple sizes can be offered for order that way it saves the customer time and/or additional money. Other than that the hair is beautiful.

GBThis is a fraudulent site that takes… This is a fraudulent site that takes your money. I ordered on 2/1 by 2/11 I called and emailed several times. When I reported to chase the did an investigation. These crooks mailed me an old wig on 3/10 and told chase they shipped and had tracking. Ladies…! Lores Jesus please punish these crooks that their pockets always stay empty.

CAI bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and… I bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and I received a 10” inch wig. I have emailed them numerous times, sent them WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and am yet to get a reply. I asked them to refund me the difference between the two wigs or send me the wig I bought and I have just been ignored. Their customer service is just the worst and I would really love someone to deal with my issue!

GBThis company suck This company suck! They are a complete scam. I ordered a wig almost a month ago and I have not received it nor have any one provided me with a confirmation code or a way to track my order. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Never again will I order from here! Their communication is so tacky and unprofessional. Its giving nothing but SCAM at this point for me!
