This is my first time ordering This is my first time ordering. I ordered a wig for my mom as a birthday gift. They give you an order number after setting up your account but without the order number it’s not even showing where an order has been placed period. I placed my order on the 23rd, one answers the phone when I called. And on top of that shipping is supposed to take 3-5 business days and it still reads “processing”. Why do I feel like I’m being set up for disappointment?? If they come thru I will definitely give a positive update and apologize but until then…

Complete Scam, I have been contacting them for close… to 3 weeks I have been contacting them for close to a month for a refund as I have not/ did not receive the order. The merchant has completely ignored me. They are a huge scam, please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!! Not to mention I ordered the 3 wigs via afterpay and it seems that they are not doing anything to assist in recovering my money.

An disappointed customer There has to be done with this company....Taking people money, not answering telephone calls, not sending out orders and not even responding to emails sent to them regarding orders that was placed but this shady ass company most definitely took the money. I sent an email to this company regarding an order I'd placed in January 2024 and still haven't received my order. Now I want a full refund. People don't have money to just throw away. Now start sending out refunds on orders placed or send us our orders. This is so sad that a company does this. This is what happens when you try to support a company.

I would never order from this company… I would never order from this company again. I ordered three bundles of black wavy hair mid March received the shipment three weeks later. And it was a short pixie cut red wig. Returned to the address they advised to return to, and they refuse the return and sent it back. Still trying to Receive a refund. Bogus I will never order from them again please don’t waste your money or time.

Buyer Beware I placed an order on February 28th for my college graduation because they boast about fast shipping. My order still says processing. I had to pay additional money to get a wig for my graduation. I have tried emailing and calling with no help. Stay away from this company!!!
