Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. Stay away or you will lose your money and have an ugly wig. This website, Wigsbuy.com, is a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered extensions from this company and they never gave us a receipt or anything to prove we paid them money for their product. But now an $89.00 charge from an Asian company that doesn't exist showed up on our pay pal account the day I ordered the extensions. No extensions ever arrived! And their website says ORDER thru pay pal, it's safer. They never gave us a reference number to contact them.I am obviously new to online ordering and have learned a valuable lesson.

All the images are fake and copied from other website, should be using your images. I ordered a wig, very poor and refused to honour me a refund, so went through my credit card via a chargeback and got my moneyback, they didn't even represent back to my credit card.
