NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER order from this fraudulent company again! The wigs I ordered were COMPLETELY different from the wigs I received, and it took months before I actually received my order. I trashed one because it was horridly horrible! And the other one is under my sink with hopes that I can use it for Halloween. Signed Robbed by Wigsbuy or whatever their actual name is…

If I could give a ZERO If I could give a ZERO, I would. False information, fraudulent res presentation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you don’t. Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!

Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant, it's not a UK Based company. All the images are fake and copied from other website, should be using your images. I ordered a wig, very poor and refused to honour me a refund, so went through my credit card via a chargeback and got my moneyback, they didn't even represent back to my credit card.

CHINESE SCAM ALL THE WAY! This is not a legit company. It uses pictures from other wig sellers and promises same product cheaper and quickly. My conclusion is that it is a Chinese scam using American technology for quick profit. A POS from a Chinese scamming company. I ordered an expensive ($300) human hair wig earlier this year. What I got was a clownish wig you might wear at Halloween. None existent customer service. I got my money back by filing claim with my credit card company. DONT EVEN CONSIDER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THESE SHYSTERS!

This is a terrible company DON'T BUY! This is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY! I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering a wig. I waited ages, did not get a sales confirmation. I bought via Paypal so am trying to get a refund via their resolution centre. Wigsbuy state the wig is the same as advertised, but it has no similarity to the lovely photo on their site. Because it is Paypal, they have to respond to me. But I doubt I will get a refund. It's disgraceful that these companies continue to sell such shoddy wigs and post photos they have stolen from other sites. Buyer beware!
