NEVER order from them!!! NEVER order from this site. Ordered human hair multi-colored short wig. Received white synthetic razor cut wig past my jawline. Charged me double the advertised price. Tried calling (first required step to process return) phone number does not work. Emailed,no response. This is the worst wig I have ever had. I am a cancer/chemo patient who needs a wig. Please don't fall for this absolute scam. My only contribution to this travesty is I did not read the reviews before I ordered. Never again!!!

Pleasantly surprised! Very happy with this wig. I've received many compliments on my "hair". People had no idea it was a wig! Little to no shedding. Comb included with wig works perfectly. Wigsbuy website includes instructions to measure for proper size wig - follow the instructions. Average size is perfect for my head! Chose hair color #8 - ash brown. Matches my regular hair color to a tee! Will be ordering more wigs to make chemotherapy and the whole process as fun as possible!

NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER order from this fraudulent company again! The wigs I ordered were COMPLETELY different from the wigs I received, and it took months before I actually received my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered extensions from this company and they never gave us a receipt or anything to prove we paid them money for their product. But now an $89.00 charge from an Asian company that doesn't exist showed up on our pay pal account the day I ordered the extensions. No extensions ever arrived! And their website says ORDER thru pay pal, it's safer. They never gave us a reference number to contact them.I am obviously new to online ordering and have learned a valuable lesson.

If I could give a ZERO If I could give a ZERO, I would. False information, fraudulent res presentation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you don’t. Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!
