They ignore all messages, emails and chat line is always busy. I believe they ignore requests for opening a dispute so that so they can say it is beyond the time to get a refund. The wig looks like a dead animal and not even closely resembles the photograph. It is devastating for a woman to loose her hair then have to go through the ordeal of getting a wig she can't wear. They have not contacted me period. The website implies 24-28 hours. Return policy is 7 days! A most expensive lesson. I should just put a frame around the wig to remind me to look before I leap.

I emailed company and was told wig would be shipped March 29. However never received email about shipping. Email company again April 5 to cancel order. They responded April 7 stating I couldn’t cancel because my ordered was shipped on April 7. I would Never do business with this company again. Poor customer service and Wig hasn’t been received yet.
