The wig looks like a dead animal and not even closely resembles the photograph. It is devastating for a woman to loose her hair then have to go through the ordeal of getting a wig she can't wear. They have not contacted me period. The website implies 24-28 hours. Return policy is 7 days! A most expensive lesson. I should just put a frame around the wig to remind me to look before I leap.
