GBThey ignore all messages, emails and chat line is always busy. I believe they ignore requests for opening a dispute so that so they can say it is beyond the time to get a refund. The wig looks like a dead animal and not even closely resembles the photograph. It is devastating for a woman to loose her hair then have to go through the ordeal of getting a wig she can't wear. They have not contacted me period. The website implies 24-28 hours. Return policy is 7 days! A most expensive lesson. I should just put a frame around the wig to remind me to look before I leap.

GBPlease review before you invest the one star reviews are accurate as that is the only way to warn future consumers not to invest in this product. Any pictures you have seen as to what happens to hair pieces in these reviews happened to my hair piece. Of course it is hard to complain or reach anyone to complain, it is some overseas number and once again Asian thieves rip off consumers in this country. I am learning to make sure there is no Asian ties to products I want to order. Unfortunately for legitimate Asian companies.

GBCHINESE SCAM ALL THE WAY! This is not a legit company. It uses pictures from other wig sellers and promises same product cheaper and quickly. My conclusion is that it is a Chinese scam using American technology for quick profit. A POS from a Chinese scamming company. I ordered an expensive ($300) human hair wig earlier this year. What I got was a clownish wig you might wear at Halloween. None existent customer service. I got my money back by filing claim with my credit card company. DONT EVEN CONSIDER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THESE SHYSTERS!

"What you see is not what you get" .They are awful, call the Wig Police asap The useful Portion of the Review. Visit a proper Wig Manufacturing Company and buy their first Franchise.

GBIf I could give a ZERO If I could give a ZERO, I would. False information, fraudulent res presentation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you don’t. Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!
