Pleasantly surprised! Very happy with this wig. I've received many compliments on my "hair". People had no idea it was a wig! Little to no shedding. Comb included with wig works perfectly. Wigsbuy website includes instructions to measure for proper size wig - follow the instructions. Average size is perfect for my head! Chose hair color #8 - ash brown. Matches my regular hair color to a tee! Will be ordering more wigs to make chemotherapy and the whole process as fun as possible!

Please review before you invest the one star reviews are accurate as that is the only way to warn future consumers not to invest in this product. Any pictures you have seen as to what happens to hair pieces in these reviews happened to my hair piece. Of course it is hard to complain or reach anyone to complain, it is some overseas number and once again Asian thieves rip off consumers in this country. I am learning to make sure there is no Asian ties to products I want to order. Unfortunately for legitimate Asian companies.

Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. Stay away or you will lose your money and have an ugly wig. This website, Wigsbuy.com, is a scam!

Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant, it's not a UK Based company. All the images are fake and copied from other website, should be using your images. I ordered a wig, very poor and refused to honour me a refund, so went through my credit card via a chargeback and got my moneyback, they didn't even represent back to my credit card.

NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER order from this fraudulent company again! The wigs I ordered were COMPLETELY different from the wigs I received, and it took months before I actually received my order.
