Please review before you invest the one star reviews are accurate as that is the only way to warn future consumers not to invest in this product. Any pictures you have seen as to what happens to hair pieces in these reviews happened to my hair piece. Of course it is hard to complain or reach anyone to complain, it is some overseas number and once again Asian thieves rip off consumers in this country. I am learning to make sure there is no Asian ties to products I want to order. Unfortunately for legitimate Asian companies.

NEVER AGAIN! I will NEVER order from this fraudulent company again! The wigs I ordered were COMPLETELY different from the wigs I received, and it took months before I actually received my order. Wigsbuy.com Scamming company This company, Wigsbuy.com, deserves 0 stars for scamming customers. Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. Stay away or you will lose your money and have an ugly wig. This website, Wigsbuy.com, is a scam!

Ordered wig and my credit card charged… Ordered wig and my credit card charged on March 4. No information sent regarding shipping or tracking. I emailed company and was told wig would be shipped March 29. However never received email about shipping. Email company again April 5 to cancel order. They responded April 7 stating I couldn’t cancel because my ordered was shipped on April 7. I would Never do business with this company again. Poor customer service and Wig hasn’t been received yet.

NEVER order from them!!! NEVER order from this site. Ordered human hair multi-colored short wig. Received white synthetic razor cut wig past my jawline. Charged me double the advertised price. Tried calling (first required step to process return) phone number does not work. Emailed,no response. This is the worst wig I have ever had. I am a cancer/chemo patient who needs a wig. Please don't fall for this absolute scam. My only contribution to this travesty is I did not read the reviews before I ordered. Never again!!!
