DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered extensions from this company and they never gave us a receipt or anything to prove we paid them money for their product. But now an $89.00 charge from an Asian company that doesn't exist showed up on our pay pal account the day I ordered the extensions. No extensions ever arrived! And their website says ORDER thru pay pal, it's safer. They never gave us a reference number to contact them.I am obviously new to online ordering and have learned a valuable lesson.

CHINESE SCAM ALL THE WAY! This is not a legit company. It uses pictures from other wig sellers and promises same product cheaper and quickly. My conclusion is that it is a Chinese scam using American technology for quick profit. A POS from a Chinese scamming company. I ordered an expensive ($300) human hair wig earlier this year. What I got was a clownish wig you might wear at Halloween. None existent customer service. I got my money back by filing claim with my credit card company. DONT EVEN CONSIDER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THESE SHYSTERS!

NEVER order from them!!! NEVER order from this site. Ordered human hair multi-colored short wig. Received white synthetic razor cut wig past my jawline. Charged me double the advertised price. Tried calling (first required step to process return) phone number does not work. Emailed,no response. This is the worst wig I have ever had. I am a cancer/chemo patient who needs a wig. Please don't fall for this absolute scam. My only contribution to this travesty is I did not read the reviews before I ordered. Never again!!!

They ignore all messages, emails and chat line is always busy. I believe they ignore requests for opening a dispute so that so they can say it is beyond the time to get a refund. The wig looks like a dead animal and not even closely resembles the photograph. It is devastating for a woman to loose her hair then have to go through the ordeal of getting a wig she can't wear. They have not contacted me period. The website implies 24-28 hours. Return policy is 7 days! A most expensive lesson. I should just put a frame around the wig to remind me to look before I leap.

Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant Avoid this company, it's a Chinese merchant, it's not a UK Based company. All the images are fake and copied from other website, should be using your images. I ordered a wig, very poor and refused to honour me a refund, so went through my credit card via a chargeback and got my moneyback, they didn't even represent back to my credit card.
