Pleasantly surprised! Very happy with this wig. I've received many compliments on my "hair". People had no idea it was a wig! Little to no shedding. Comb included with wig works perfectly. Wigsbuy website includes instructions to measure for proper size wig - follow the instructions. Average size is perfect for my head! Chose hair color #8 - ash brown. Matches my regular hair color to a tee! Will be ordering more wigs to make chemotherapy and the whole process as fun as possible!

CHINESE SCAM ALL THE WAY! This is not a legit company. It uses pictures from other wig sellers and promises same product cheaper and quickly. My conclusion is that it is a Chinese scam using American technology for quick profit. A POS from a Chinese scamming company. I ordered an expensive ($300) human hair wig earlier this year. What I got was a clownish wig you might wear at Halloween. None existent customer service. I got my money back by filing claim with my credit card company. DONT EVEN CONSIDER PLACING AN ORDER WITH THESE SHYSTERS!

They ignore all messages, emails and chat line is always busy. I believe they ignore requests for opening a dispute so that so they can say it is beyond the time to get a refund. The wig looks like a dead animal and not even closely resembles the photograph. It is devastating for a woman to loose her hair then have to go through the ordeal of getting a wig she can't wear. They have not contacted me period. The website implies 24-28 hours. Return policy is 7 days! A most expensive lesson. I should just put a frame around the wig to remind me to look before I leap.

I sent 350dollar on the 18.february to… I sent 350dollar on the 18.february to purchase bundles of hair for Weaveon. The receipt was confirmed but the hair never arrived up till today! I made many Telefon calls but nobody was available. No customer care to assis

Ordered wig and my credit card charged… Ordered wig and my credit card charged on March 4. No information sent regarding shipping or tracking. I emailed company and was told wig would be shipped March 29. However never received email about shipping. Email company again April 5 to cancel order. They responded April 7 stating I couldn’t cancel because my ordered was shipped on April 7. I would Never do business with this company again. Poor customer service and Wig hasn’t been received yet.
