Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. But now an $89.00 charge from an Asian company that doesn't exist showed up on our pay pal account the day I ordered the extensions. No extensions ever arrived! And their website says ORDER thru pay pal, it's safer. They never gave us a reference number to contact them.I am obviously new to online ordering and have learned a valuable lesson.

This is a terrible company DON'T BUY! This is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY! I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering a wig. I waited ages, did not get a sales confirmation. I bought via Paypal so am trying to get a refund via their resolution centre. Wigsbuy state the wig is the same as advertised, but it has no similarity to the lovely photo on their site. Because it is Paypal, they have to respond to me. But I doubt I will get a refund. It's disgraceful that these companies continue to sell such shoddy wigs and post photos they have stolen from other sites. Buyer beware!
