GBOrdered wig and my credit card charged… Ordered wig and my credit card charged on March 4. No information sent regarding shipping or tracking. I emailed company and was told wig would be shipped March 29. However never received email about shipping. Email company again April 5 to cancel order. They responded April 7 stating I couldn’t cancel because my ordered was shipped on April 7. I would Never do business with this company again. Poor customer service and Wig hasn’t been received yet.

GBPleasantly surprised! Very happy with this wig. I've received many compliments on my "hair". People had no idea it was a wig! Little to no shedding. Comb included with wig works perfectly. Wigsbuy website includes instructions to measure for proper size wig - follow the instructions. Average size is perfect for my head! Chose hair color #8 - ash brown. Matches my regular hair color to a tee! Will be ordering more wigs to make chemotherapy and the whole process as fun as possible!

GBReturned unused wig 11 16 Returned unused wig 11 16. It was delivered to them 12 5. USPS track shows. Wig was nothing like the picture. Cost me 78$ . Then 28$ to return to their china location. They’ve got wig back and they’re keeping my money. They are crooks. Do not be scammed by them

GBNever Again! From reading previous reviews, I was afraid it was going to take forever to receive my wigs. I actually received them within two weeks. I was terribly disappointed. One was the wrong color and the other one didn't look like the picture. The wigs smell funny and they look cheap. Luckily I didn't buy expensive ones. I wanted to test their integrity first. They absolutely have no integrity. They are selling garbage to Americans. Please stop patronizing these people

GBIf I could give a ZERO If I could give a ZERO, I would. False information, fraudulent res presentation, and just an overall scam. Cancelled my month old order for lack of shipment and just plain honesty. Either you have stock or you don’t. Either you provide quality products valued at 100’s of dollars each, or you don’t. Disputing with my cc company and documenting the fraud on this, the BBB, and any other social media available. Sad!
