Wigsbuy.com Scamming company This company, Wigsbuy.com, deserves 0 stars for scamming customers. Their wig pictures are copied from other websites while they send out inferior merchandise that looks nothing like the posted pictures. Customer service and returns are useless. Stay away or you will lose your money and have an ugly wig. This website, Wigsbuy.com, is a scam!

Never Again! From reading previous reviews, I was afraid it was going to take forever to receive my wigs. I actually received them within two weeks. I was terribly disappointed. One was the wrong color and the other one didn't look like the picture. The wigs smell funny and they look cheap. Luckily I didn't buy expensive ones. I wanted to test their integrity first. They absolutely have no integrity. They are selling garbage to Americans. Please stop patronizing these people

I found this company for my wife, who liked what she saw, and was getting ready to place an order today. Fortunately, our intuition told us to check out Trust Pilot and read all the horrible reviews. Needless to say, adios Wigsbuy. You are not going to scam us. I hope more wise up and check out Trust Pilot before making new purchases with an unknown company.

This is a terrible company DON'T BUY! This is a terrible company. DO NOT BUY! I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering a wig. I waited ages, did not get a sales confirmation. I bought via Paypal so am trying to get a refund via their resolution centre. Wigsbuy state the wig is the same as advertised, but it has no similarity to the lovely photo on their site. Because it is Paypal, they have to respond to me. But I doubt I will get a refund. It's disgraceful that these companies continue to sell such shoddy wigs and post photos they have stolen from other sites. Buyer beware!
