DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE I ordered hair extensions and spent an extra $25 to have them delivered within 2 days. I never received my package and I have bought from this company before and have never had to sign for a package. I received an email saying the package was return to them and I asked them politely for my money back because I never received anything they said no and sent me a tracking number. I tried the tracking number and went to my local UPS and couldn't find anything. I just got off the phone with them, the gentlemen told me he would refund me my money once they get the extensions back. I told them they already have them because I have an email saying they were returned. I just want my money back for a product I never recieved. Horrible customer service and I feel like I was SCAMMED... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. and on the site they said they do happily refund your money, obviously not!!!

I wish I would’ve looked up independent reviews on this company before buying my micro loop extensions. I emailed them asking when they would ship them because it already been a week and they said they would ship it in two days after three days I emailed them back never heard back from them, don’t be like us don’t order from this website

BLAK HAIR MIXED IN WITH PLATINUM BLOND Bought platinum Blond Lots of Black hairs mixed in.POORLY COLOR TREATED!!! Dry on Ends Halo style with an overly large non elastic band which would NEVER STAY ON HEAD!!. Wanted to send back still dealing with them and Paypal disputing as I requested a pre-paid shipping label. It costs $125 to ship back to China with tracking!!!!! ALMOST THE PRICE i PAID AND THEY ONLY REFUND 70% BACK. HORRIBLE HAIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Very poor quality. Would not recommend I recently brought bought the wavy micro loop hair extensions in 22 inch and have been so disappointed. The hair extensions barely made it to 22 inch - the majority of the hair isn’t that long but a few pieces just about made it to that length. The quality is BAD. The hair is so thin that it does not blend into your own hair. Even with a full head you could clearly see the distinction between my hair and the very thin extensions. I am so disappointed with the hair as hair extensions aren’t cheap. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought them. I have complained to the company, but from the other reviews I have read I doubt anything can be resolved.

I bought some curly hair extensions they turned up were too small so I sent them back to the return address, I then contacted them for a refund. I have not heard anything back from them since they said they would contact me 24 hours later it is now 6 days later and still nothing. This is a scam, they make their website look official but don't be drawn in!!!!
