When using a straight razor all one needs is an artisan blade, an American-made leather strop (for maintaining the blade) a brush and soap, and the skills to use them. Not Sure If My Order Will Be Fulfilled I ordered 4 shaving soaps in the late afternoon of Friday, July 8, 2022, which I paid for by credit card. On Tueday, July 12, I received an email notifying me of the USPS tracking number, however when I went to track the shipment, the tracking number was cancelled the same day it was issued. There is no telephone service anymore. They are using Covid aa an excuse for ignoring their customers.

They have no customer service. Like others, I have sent my money, my account has been debited and crickets. I’ve sent several emails with no response and have disputed one charge already (the razor was supposedly shave-ready). My current order sits untouched and at this point I’m going to email once more, give them ANOTHER week to respond before I dispute that charge for lack of fulfillment. Do NOT buy from this company as you money will go down a rabbit hole and your only recourse is to email (due to COVID, they are unable to answer phone calls, unlike virtually every other business I’ve dealt with since March). Since they can’t seem to respond to emails, you’ll be throwing your money away.

Zero Stars I ordered a shaving kit in late November as a Christmas present. My credit card was fully charged and the order never arrived. The period between Thanksgiving and New Years I, repeatedly, emailed Classic Shaving to find out the status of my order, with never any response back. I then looked up Classic Shaving’s Customer Service number on-line and called that number. Classic Shaving’s pre-recorded voicemail noted due to COVID-19 the customer service number is not monitored please contact us via email. Buyer beware regarding Classic Shaving/the Grooming Network.

Paid for two 2 gallons, still not shipped 10 days later I ordered 2 gallons, placing two separate orders for my mother-in-law and my household here because no one else has hand sanitizer in stock. Classic Shavings website stated in 4/4/20 they were in stock, shipping daily and normal delivery would be 3-6 days. If expedited shipping is needed then pay extra for USPS priority, which I did. It’s been 10 days, still no status update, no response to email requests and they charged my credit card on 4/5/20. If you need hand sanitizer or any other product this company sells, I DO NOT recommend Classic Shaving. I believe they are scamming people, taking money and not providing the product advertised on their site. Not to mention it’s extremely high priced. I should have done more research on this company before placing any order.

WILL NOT SHIP "IN STOCK" SANITIZER BUT WILL TAKE YOUR $$$$ Just like the rest, I ordered half a case of sanitizer and almost a month later..still nothing. They sent a tracking number that shows it being "accepted" on August 3 but nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and tomorrow i will be doing the same with Chase Bank. NEVER DOING BUSINESS THIS THIS "COMPANY" AGAIN. I suggest you do also
