Company does not respond to emails! Phone calls NOT accepted! POOREST, after the sale, customer service! SLOWEST shipping ever for premium price! Does NOT RESPOND to the Better Business Bureau!

Looks like it's fake company Looks like it's fake company. Please do not order anything on this site, they take your money and after that no email ,can't call them so no update on your order. they charge $9.99 for expedite shipping but actually they don't deliver on time or even they don't deliver anything ): if they don't deliver my stuffs then going to call the right people and black list these people.

Poor Customer Service Four weeks after ordering high-priced hand sanitizer for which they charged us twice, we still had not received. After multiple attempts to cancel the order and get refunded, twice, they sent an email that it’s on the way. Very frustrated and can’t get anyone on the phone or any other response through email. Customer service is not their strong suite. Think twice before ordering anything.

I received my Grandfathers straight… I received my Grandfathers straight which is a hundred years old and had been sitting around in its original box for 70 years so as you can imagine it needed some TLC. After contacting Classic Shaving via email with pictures, they insured me that they could restore it. All I can say is wow night and day difference no more surface rust nice and I mean nice edge. I look forward to many shaves with it, have only used it once since I received it back yesterday.

WILL NOT SHIP "IN STOCK" SANITIZER BUT WILL TAKE YOUR $$$$ Just like the rest, I ordered half a case of sanitizer and almost a month later..still nothing. They sent a tracking number that shows it being "accepted" on August 3 but nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and tomorrow i will be doing the same with Chase Bank. NEVER DOING BUSINESS THIS THIS "COMPANY" AGAIN. I suggest you do also
