GBI received my Grandfathers straight… I received my Grandfathers straight which is a hundred years old and had been sitting around in its original box for 70 years so as you can imagine it needed some TLC. After contacting Classic Shaving via email with pictures, they insured me that they could restore it. All I can say is wow night and day difference no more surface rust nice and I mean nice edge. I look forward to many shaves with it, have only used it once since I received it back yesterday.

GBZero Stars I ordered a shaving kit in late November as a Christmas present. My credit card was fully charged and the order never arrived. The period between Thanksgiving and New Years I, repeatedly, emailed Classic Shaving to find out the status of my order, with never any response back. I then looked up Classic Shaving’s Customer Service number on-line and called that number. Classic Shaving’s pre-recorded voicemail noted due to COVID-19 the customer service number is not monitored please contact us via email. Buyer beware regarding Classic Shaving/the Grooming Network.

GBNot Sure If My Order Will Be Fulfilled I ordered 4 shaving soaps in the late afternoon of Friday, July 8, 2022, which I paid for by credit card. On Tueday, July 12, I received an email notifying me of the USPS tracking number, however when I went to track the shipment, the tracking number was cancelled the same day it was issued. There is no telephone service anymore. They are using Covid aa an excuse for ignoring their customers.

GBAbsolute garbage company Absolute garbage company, they sent my package USPS and it never arrived. They refused to resend or refund the money. The response was basically F you it's not our problem. Avoid!

GBIf I could give them ZERO stars I… If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I think 1 star is way too generous. I have attempted numerous times to get an answer from their customer service team as I have requested a refund time after time. They use the lame excuse of COVID to not answer any phone calls so you are relegated to sending an email into oblivion that will never receive a reply. Don't waste your time with classicshaving.com they have ripped me off of my purchase price. Don't be their next victim.
