GBHorrible customer service(( Do not deal with them! I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago. I received the product and haven't seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service. But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card!!! Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up! Never connect with this company! Have to change my card.... Horrible experience!

GBUnless you want surprise charges to your card, DONT I contacted keranique because a month after i received my cancellation email confirmation, I was charged an additional fee of $60. First of all, the contact number provided is not a working number, second of all, the chat box on their home page's customer service representative informed me that I had a balance on a risk free trial that I had ordered. The offer said it was risk free, yet even after i cancelled I was charged!! SCAM if you ask me!!

GBDO NOT BUY. FAKE REVIEWS AND BAD SERVICE They have the worst customer service. They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card! Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges. I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait. I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps. Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working. Okay. Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product. Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice. SCAMMERS!!!

GBTotally corrupt company Totally corrupt company. Want to TRY a product your account will be charged monthly which you then have to call your bank and take TIME to be aggravated to stop these disgusting payments this company takes from your original form of payment. AND NO DIFFERENCE IN HAIR.

AUNot worth losing more hair... Using the full system for 3mths resulted in MORE hair loss and definitely no improvement in my hair. I ended up with about 20-25% less hair than when I started :( Pros: Tingly, cool feeling that's pleasant on the scalp. Fast shipping. OK customer service (once you get through...). Cons: Expensive, difficult to obtain in Australia (not available in stores here - online only), auto-subscription was in tiny print (so that was an unpleasant surprise).
