I made a single request and didn’t ask to record my data and they didn’t record it as a continuity of my account ... very bad, zero professionalism and dubious conduct.

GBDO NOT BUY. FAKE REVIEWS AND BAD SERVICE They have the worst customer service. They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card! Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges. I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait. I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps. Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working. Okay. Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product. Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice. SCAMMERS!!!

AUNot worth losing more hair... Using the full system for 3mths resulted in MORE hair loss and definitely no improvement in my hair. I ended up with about 20-25% less hair than when I started :( Pros: Tingly, cool feeling that's pleasant on the scalp. Fast shipping. OK customer service (once you get through...). Cons: Expensive, difficult to obtain in Australia (not available in stores here - online only), auto-subscription was in tiny print (so that was an unpleasant surprise).

GBDO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT! I ordered a promotional 30 day supply for $10. I declined any subscription so that I would not be charged monthly. I received the 30 day supply and began taking them. They're not different than any other OTC hair, skin and nails vitamins that you get for much less. Furthermore, I was charged $60 because apparently if you decline the subscription, they automatically begin charging the normal fee. I still don't understand because I declined any further shipments or monthly subscription. So now I have the burden of sending the product they just shipped and I have to pay to ship it back. I am LIVID! $60 for vitamins is a joke and I DID NOT agree to this

GBUnless you want surprise charges to your card, DONT I contacted keranique because a month after i received my cancellation email confirmation, I was charged an additional fee of $60. First of all, the contact number provided is not a working number, second of all, the chat box on their home page's customer service representative informed me that I had a balance on a risk free trial that I had ordered. The offer said it was risk free, yet even after i cancelled I was charged!! SCAM if you ask me!!
