Totally corrupt company Totally corrupt company. Want to TRY a product your account will be charged monthly which you then have to call your bank and take TIME to be aggravated to stop these disgusting payments this company takes from your original form of payment. AND NO DIFFERENCE IN HAIR.

Unless you want surprise charges to your card, DONT I contacted keranique because a month after i received my cancellation email confirmation, I was charged an additional fee of $60. First of all, the contact number provided is not a working number, second of all, the chat box on their home page's customer service representative informed me that I had a balance on a risk free trial that I had ordered. The offer said it was risk free, yet even after i cancelled I was charged!! SCAM if you ask me!!

Rip off Artist! No product but paid multiple times! Horrible experience w the company not… Horrible experience w the company not delivering there product but taking money out of my account each month! Rip off Artist!! Not worth losing more hair... Using the full system for 3mths resulted in MORE hair loss and definitely no improvement in my hair. I ended up with about 20-25% less hair than when I started :( Pros: Tingly, cool feeling that's pleasant on the scalp. Fast shipping. OK customer service (once you get through...). Cons: Expensive, difficult to obtain in Australia (not available in stores here - online only), auto-subscription was in tiny print (so that was an unpleasant surprise).

HORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE Company! I gave these products a fair shot and tried to cancel. Non-English speaking customer service person offered a 50% discount to keep trying the product. Besides not actually doing what they promise, they charge you multiple times, claiming you owe for the first half, then the second half, then again over and over!! I cancelled my auto pay in hopes they'd discontinue shipping and charging me only to be told that, no, I still owed for the second half of an order from October. My records say they charged me on November 29, then I got yet another bill in the mail. I ONLY paid the mailed invoice in an attempt to keep this shady company from ruining my credit over $57 dollars even though I'd already paid it. These are expensive products that do not work, they only make what hair you DO have greasy. Buyer beware!!!
