Deserves the Best of the City award Staff (Mike) was pleasant and very helpful. He understood my needs and showed a couple different spaces making the decision easier. Paperwork was well organized for smooth faster processing. The space was nice, clean, temperature controlled, and easily accessible. Staff on duty was available immediately to help and to answer questions.

Wonderful helpful staff Wonderful helpful staff. And very friendly. The are present on the property every time I am there. Susan rides her golf cart around saying hello and stopping to chat a minute. When I was thinking of downsizing my unit she drove me around to show me the different size options. I’m a visual person and needed that! Highly recommended this place for your storage needs.

Very nice Very nice, clean, well maintained facility, friendly and helpful owners who invited my little girl for a fun golf-cart ride. We especially enjoyed meeting the four legged blonde on the office staff, though I don’t recall her name.

Kindness Matter's Must Share, managers Bev and Pat... have hosted me in and out of their property since 2019. Their kindness has gone above and beyond for me. Personally I must share a of feeling of comfort and security. I have rented from them at least three different times with my hard walk. These managers have always given such kindness. If I could shout it out to the world that Roseville Self Storage and managers Bev and Pat are exceptional... I will! Accommodating me with friendly pricing, and good sizing of storage, has never been a bother. Always --welcomed me with Kindness.

Excellent customer care I had such wonderful service customer service recently getting my first storage unit - I went back to get another one . Thank you Susan for all your help with everything . You went above and beyond and even gave me a much needed bottle of water to drink on a very hot Rocklin summer’s day .
