These guys are great at simplifying things for a novice like me who wanted to order packaging but did not have any knowledge of the material and what could work better. Greg from the design team not only answered all my questions very patiently but also guided me towards making the best decision. He provided me with updates at each step and helped me thoroughly to reach the finish line. My product packaging came out amazingly well. Wow! Amazing experience and product Wow - my packaging came out great! It was manufactured quickly, and arrived in days. I'd called (twice) with question a few days before ordering and a human being actually answered the phone both times! They each knew the products inside and out and could answer my questions thoroughly. I have already recommended this company to another entrepreneurial friend and will definitely use them again.

INCREDIBLE Wow, I can't say enough how remarkable this company is. I was helped by so many different people who specialized from the design (Nyla), the specs (Jeff), alterations, samples, and so much more. Always patient, thorough, and attentive to detail. My packages turned out to be stellar. The pricing is good since there are no minimums. I will continue to use this company. Customer service is excellent, email replies and phone times were instant.

Package Lab is great Package Lab is great. They are not the cheapest, but they are competitive, and you get fast production times + customer service. They will actually work with you and answer your questions. The fast turnaround time has helped my business out in a jam several times. Also they are not overseas, so you can get fast shipping from the midwest. One thing to note: On the last batch, I did have 7 pouches split open and I lost the product during shipment to my 3PL, but they did give me some extras in that shipment, so it sorta covered that except for the lost product. This has happened before with this size pouch, so I wasn't surprised.
