Package Lab is great Package Lab is great. They are not the cheapest, but they are competitive, and you get fast production times + customer service. They will actually work with you and answer your questions. The fast turnaround time has helped my business out in a jam several times. Also they are not overseas, so you can get fast shipping from the midwest. One thing to note: On the last batch, I did have 7 pouches split open and I lost the product during shipment to my 3PL, but they did give me some extras in that shipment, so it sorta covered that except for the lost product. This has happened before with this size pouch, so I wasn't surprised.

I love this place! I couldn’t be any happier with the work the Packaging Lab has done for me. Damin Preese designed my bags using only the logo I gave him, and created a design so amazing, I get compliments everywhere I go. They are prompt, efficient and often throw in a few extra bags. Also, the fact that there is no minimum order is very helpful, considering I am a new business, and minimum ordering requirements would have been prohibitive. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

A great packaging company I had an excellent experience with The Packaging Lab. These guys are great at simplifying things for a novice like me who wanted to order packaging but did not have any knowledge of the material and what could work better. Greg from the design team not only answered all my questions very patiently but also guided me towards making the best decision. Excellent! My experience with The Packaging Lab was excellent! I received free samples quickly, so I was able to select the appropriate size package to make sure the dimensions worked for my product. The artwork templates were helpful to make sure our design worked as anticipated. The finished product was what I expected and more! Service was quick and the quality was great! Very happy!

Super easy, good product and support Super easy, packages came out perfect. The one time we had a concern, we were able to talk to a real person who works for the company (not an outside customer service firm) who was able to make sure everything was right. This is important to us, as the others are all automated and don't really have any way to talk to real people.
