Great service for the most part. Great service, reasonable price, and very efficient. Product was well done. Only about less than 3% of the pouches were defective the first order. I do wish they would have done something to follow up with my about the defective bags to show an attempt to improve or warranty their work. That would have set them over the top. I've emailed their customer support as well as direct salesman contact but no response. Overall I will continue using their service for now.

Packaging Perfection! Amazing experience from beginning to end. Damian was professional, courteous, prompt, and helpful! It was a new process for us, and saying he held our hand is an understatement. Super easy, good product and support Super easy, packages came out perfect. The one time we had a concern, we were able to talk to a real person who works for the company (not an outside customer service firm) who was able to make sure everything was right. This is important to us, as the others are all automated and don't really have any way to talk to real people.

And do I submit the ingredients and u put in packing and u need bags about 10 inches king 5 to 6 inches wide that stand up for suckers And what r ur prices
