US2023 was smooth. 2024 cost extra-Ouch! When I used Ship Sticks previously the drop off at Fed Ex in North Scottsdale (off Raintree Dr) was quick and seamless. This time, Fed Ex insisted I HAD to spend an extra $29 for a giant golf box. I explained a box had been used last year (2023) when I shipped and there was no extra charge. That did not happen this year. So I paid for Ship Sticks AND for a superfluous Fed Ex box.
