About Ship Sticks

At Ship Sticks, our mission is to make golf travel simpler, easier, and more affordable. In 2019 alone, U.S. airlines collected $5.76 billion dollars in baggage fees, up 18% from 2018. As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

Shipments were picked up on time and… Shipments were picked up on time and delivered a day earlier than expected each time. My hard case had no scuffs and clubs were in good shape.

It could not have been a better… It could not have been a better experience (first time user). No nonsense process; more reasonable cost than I had expected; service spot on. Great to not have to deal with clubs while juggling other luggage.

Outstanding! Outstanding! My clubs were delivered in advance of the expected timing. A first for me in using, relying on Ship Stix to get the job done. Beyond my expectations.

Ship Sticks was great, FedEx bad Ship Sticks was great. Website easy to use and a fair price. The carrier (FedEx) was horrendous. They picked up the package at the end of the day scheduled. No problem with the shipping label then. When the package arrived in Orlando (the first stop) I was told the label had been damaged and had to be replaced. I heard nothing from for 3-4 days. Finally, it was "On its way". The package was actually on time if not a little early to the final destination but FedEx tracking is pathetic.

Very please……but you actually delivered… Very please……but you actually delivered clubs both ways “before” the date promised. That was fine for me, but, what if person on other end wasn’t expecting earlier delivery? Maybe they would be gone etc. until the promised date they were told to expect shipment. It would be good if they say delivery would be promised by a certain date ( but also could be a certain number of days earlier.)
