GB2023 was smooth. 2024 cost extra-Ouch! When I used Ship Sticks previously the drop off at Fed Ex in North Scottsdale (off Raintree Dr) was quick and seamless. This time, Fed Ex insisted I HAD to spend an extra $29 for a giant golf box. I explained a box had been used last year (2023) when I shipped and there was no extra charge. That did not happen this year. So I paid for Ship Sticks AND for a superfluous Fed Ex box.

GBMy experience was not only better than I predicted it was better shipstix predicted My experience was not only better than I predicted but the problem was it was better than shipstix predicted. I sent my clubs out from Scottsdale on Tuesday expected as predicted they would arrive Tuesday 4/30 by ground.. so I received an email on Saturday 4/27 that it was delivered.. as it turned out that was not a big issue as I arrived 4/27 in evening..

GBDrop off When I prepared the shipping document it was not readily apparent that dropping the clubs at a non-FedEx store did not qualify for the reduced rate. I dropped them at the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, which I imagine does a substantial business with Ship Stix. Also, FedEx has closed its office on Hilton Head which would necessitate taking the shipment to Pooler GA, 35 miles away. I would urge that Ship Stix review this policy to make it more customer-friendly.

GBHome for Spring! Considering our winter moving experience I wasn't going to take any chances with getting our clubs back home and ready for weekend play! I scheduled them to arrive on Friday (4/26) through 3-day express and they arrived a day early. I would never ship my clubs with a moving company again. If you want them to arrive when you do, use Shipsticks!

GBEasy To Use & Not The $ You Might Expect Had thought it might get confusing to print the label, package the clubs, bring to FedEx and complete the process with them. It wasn't! And the price was literally less than 50% of what FedEx would have charged.
