I have two small niggles/comments: The video estimate of the volume of items that I wished to ship was right on the boundary of a 20ft container. The estimator thought I would probably get everything in. I was advised to prioritise what I wanted to take in case my all my items did not fit. When the packing crew arrived they assured me that everything would fit but whoever called to check that the crew had arrived and that everything was going well still insisted on telling me to prioritise, even after she had spoken to the packers - every contact that I had with her prior to removal day, and on the day itself left me concerned that I would not be able to bring back what I wanted. This unnerved me a bit. In fact I could have taken more with me. My things were packed very well. My only slight niggle here was that the corrugated cardboard that was used to wrap my leather chairs and settee has left some ridges. I am hoping that they will ease.

Didn't tell me that they couldn't clear… Didn't tell me that they couldn't clear customs for me. Only found out after deposit. I want to cancel and get deposit back.
