DEThis review doesn't even get 1 star. This review doesn't even get 1 star. My goods were packed on 25 October 2023. Its now 23 April ( 6 months) and my move is still in storage and after numerous emails there is still no shipping date. Communication has been bad and only initiated from my side. I have paid them in full. i am now out of pocket and had to buy clothes, household goods to live. If they couldn't deliver the service they shouldn't have taken my Business. I need my move! Shame on you Amoov !! I hope a senior manager sees this review and urgently contacts me to sort this out.

AEAll went really well All went really well! Good team and excellent experience. It was our second move with AMOOV and all went fine overall. Even if a move is a budget (we had to pay from our own dime this time whereas 1st move was company sponsored), it’s a good value for what you get. Very timely responses. shipping arrived 1 week later than expected but we were warned. I recommend the company

AEQuality service but I would have like a… Quality service but I would have like a tiny bit more sense of emergency on the packing. We validated our move only 10 days in advance, it was really stressful due to an urgent assignment from my husband. Afterwards the process was smooth until the end. I recommend.

GBDue to short notice to Amoov Due to short notice to Amoov, I received very quick response from Nico with important information review. Rachel well communicated during every step of move. All packers worked hard and were arranged in good order.

ITJosh & AMOOV team were great Josh & AMOOV team were great. Container arrived right on time (we had to push a bit for it as potential delays were mentioned 2 weeks prior delivery). Great experience overall!
