DEThis review doesn't even get 1 star. This review doesn't even get 1 star. My goods were packed on 25 October 2023. Its now 23 April ( 6 months) and my move is still in storage and after numerous emails there is still no shipping date. Communication has been bad and only initiated from my side. I have paid them in full. i am now out of pocket and had to buy clothes, household goods to live. If they couldn't deliver the service they shouldn't have taken my Business. I need my move! Shame on you Amoov !! I hope a senior manager sees this review and urgently contacts me to sort this out.

AEExcellent job all the way Excellent job all the way. The packing was very very qualitative. We chose a shared container option and overall the timings have been respected, which was important for us. Price was decent. Only one mover was slightly cheaper but we felt more comfortable with amoov. Communication could have been better at times but overall all went well. 5 stars!

ITJosh & AMOOV team were great Josh & AMOOV team were great. Container arrived right on time (we had to push a bit for it as potential delays were mentioned 2 weeks prior delivery). Great experience overall!
