This review doesn't even get 1 star. This review doesn't even get 1 star. My goods were packed on 25 October 2023. Its now 23 April ( 6 months) and my move is still in storage and after numerous emails there is still no shipping date. Communication has been bad and only initiated from my side. I have paid them in full. i am now out of pocket and had to buy clothes, household goods to live. If they couldn't deliver the service they shouldn't have taken my Business. I need my move! Shame on you Amoov !! I hope a senior manager sees this review and urgently contacts me to sort this out.

Good communication During the whole move, everyone made sure that I was informed of all the careful steps that were being taken by Amoov Group.

Josh & AMOOV team were great Josh & AMOOV team were great. Container arrived right on time (we had to push a bit for it as potential delays were mentioned 2 weeks prior delivery). Great experience overall!

Amazing move Amazing move. Things were really well protected, to the point that I have asked, under team leader advise, to remove the 800 euros of wooden crates originally planned for the move. Very friendly team overall both at packing and on the coordination. Highly recommend
