I was a bit worried beforehand as the challenge was quite tough but the team has been super helpful and reliable and the process was simply great. They followed me personally all along the way and I really felt in safe hands. I would never expect that a move could turn into a pleasure! FRAnguish and annoyance are the words… Anguish and annoyance are the words that best describe our recent experience with Amoov. The volume to be moved was estimated by video and underrated so the removalists had to get another truck to finish the job. The difference in volume nearly doubled the initial invoice. This difference was claimed once the shipment finally arrived and I had to pay to see our belongings delivered after16 weeks instead of 8 as written on the contract. We never had the boxes as included in this contract for pre-packing because no one knew who would do the moving until the last moment. It is next to impossible to talk to someone, no one answer the phone, the person in charge of the job constantly changes and have no direct phone number, just an email address. We lived during all these weeks with the feeling that we would be lucky if we get back our shipment. Fortunately, the sub-contractors were professionals.
