OMMissing details My shipment arrived with missing address details, so the team had to deal with it and for that reason there was an additional fee was to be added to the expenses, but after explaining the reasons and that it wasn’t my fault, they were very understanding and helpful and kindly waived the fee. GBGreat process, very simple to use Great process, very smooth, and simple to follow. I will definitely use this service again if I need to ship from the USA to the UK. Only negative is the choice of postage options was not great, and quite expensive + long delivery times.
