When I first went to checkout, I had the option of connect by FedEx which would have cost me ~$195. After reading your website FAQ and seeing there was a repackaging option to reduce weight and cost, I thought I would try that and pay the fee. Billable weight was reduced by 5lbs, but now my the connect by FedEx option was no longer available. I understand it is due to the batteries, but what would have happened if I just checked out originally, chose that option and paid the $195? Would you have opened the package and asked me to pay extra after having already checked out because that option is no longer available? Pretty poor either way. Felt like a bait-and-switch forcing me into a more premium shipping service, then giving the illusion of 'repackaging saved you $80' but in reality I ended up paying more than my original option. Responses via email support while timely, wern't very helpful - basically ignoring my actual request. I would have been happy if repackaging actually had a net benefit
