AUSet up was difficult first time It was not possible to see why I could not proceed NEXT in the process of forwarding my goods, all because I did not know to click THE SAVE symbol which would then show an error that I could reticfy. The online chat bot is next to useless they should try alternative. TOOK ME HOURS tonwork this out. However the process after this went smoothly, they are very good in person and doing what they promise. They just need to remember some people are first time users.

OMMissing details My shipment arrived with missing address details, so the team had to deal with it and for that reason there was an additional fee was to be added to the expenses, but after explaining the reasons and that it wasn’t my fault, they were very understanding and helpful and kindly waived the fee. Thanks to customer service agent Saeed Mansour.

AUI felt misled with the shipping options and costs... I felt misled with the shipping options and costs. When I first went to checkout, I had the option of connect by FedEx which would have cost me ~$195. After reading your website FAQ and seeing there was a repackaging option to reduce weight and cost, I thought I would try that and pay the fee. Billable weight was reduced by 5lbs, but now my the connect by FedEx option was no longer available. I understand it is due to the batteries, but what would have happened if I just checked out originally, chose that option and paid the $195? Would you have opened the package and asked me to pay extra after having already checked out because that option is no longer available? Pretty poor either way. Felt like a bait-and-switch forcing me into a more premium shipping service, then giving the illusion of 'repackaging saved you $80' but in reality I ended up paying more than my original option. Responses via email support while timely, wern't very helpful - basically ignoring my actual request. I would have been happy if repackaging actually had a net benefit
