The contractor you sent to my house to move an upright piano was one man with an unmarked truck who brought his friend into my home. I believe he was listed as Lixor in your system. They struggled to lift the piano and ended up scuffing our whole atrium floor including a significant tear in the vinyl. Mind you, I had just sold my home so this is a repair that I have to make at this point. When I contacted your company, I had to go back and forth with your customer service representative who said it was not their responsibility to address the issue. I understand not being liable, but to not assist in addressing the situation speaks negatively to your company. I finally persuaded her into a refund in which I was given $30 of the $270 back. Not exactly going to cover much of any of the cost of that repair. So the reconciliation was weak and to be the one who had to pry it out of your company was beyond disappointing. I will gladly send a photo if you provide me an email to do so.

UPDATE: SOLICITATIONS AT 7 A.M. UPDATE: Dimensions actually SOLICITED my # at 7 A.M. to ask if they can re-charge my card hundreds of dollars for a service that they failed to deliver 5x over. I find this absolutely hilarious but also a serious sign that the management at this company is absolutely clueless. Even though I had requested service previously, I am absolutely no longer wishing to to be contacted by this "business" again. LOL at the level of IQ that went into the 7 A.M. solicitation phone-call.
