GBDamage to the house Damage to the house. No effort to help reconcile with the contractor they selected. Updated with details you requested. The contractor you sent to my house to move an upright piano was one man with an unmarked truck who brought his friend into my home. I believe he was listed as Lixor in your system. They struggled to lift the piano and ended up scuffing our whole atrium floor including a significant tear in the vinyl. Mind you, I had just sold my home so this is a repair that I have to make at this point. When I contacted your company, I had to go back and forth with your customer service representative who said it was not their responsibility to address the issue. I understand not being liable, but to not assist in addressing the situation speaks negatively to your company. I finally persuaded her into a refund in which I was given $30 of the $270 back. Not exactly going to cover much of any of the cost of that repair. So the reconciliation was weak and to be the one who had to pry it out of your company was beyond disappointing. I will gladly send a photo if you provide me an email to do so.

GBThe process was so easy I couldn't… The process was so easy I couldn't believe it. Albert was great getting everything set up and gave me his direct # if I had any questions or need anything in the future. Dan was our pick up guy. He texted me and told me exactly when he would be here. He was very professional. We will recommend Dimension to others in need of service.

GBDisposal Issues We had a large (50 or so) number of 5 gallons of paint, joint compound and oil based products. We were having trouble finding a disposal company to take this mixed group, particularly the oil based products. Dimension quickly and efficiently scheduled the pick up and in two days, the entire load was gone. They also took a few old tires. There was a minimal extra charge. We were very pleased with the service

GBIt was exceptional with Dimension… It was exceptional with Dimension sending someone the next day to pick up our trash. Another company would have taken a couple of days, so I liked that they had same-day or next-day options.
