GBCustomer service is atrocious Hello I am a frequent customer of Zebra Pack and I am having a terrible experience with customer service. O order and spend a lot of money with this company. I am missing 2 boxes from my recent order. I call customer service to let them know they tell me the packages are on the way. It has already been a week. Ive called 3x and I and each time they tell me thy will call me back with a resolution. No one has reached out. I call back and I am now upset and impatient. I dont trust them any longer and they keep telling me to just wait. The customer service rep. The same person (male) Ive spoken to each time is very rude and disrespectful. I asked tk speak to a supervisor or manager. He said someone would get back to me. I ask to speak to someone other than him He hung up on me. I call back and they just send my call to voicemail.

GBThe color was completely wrong The color was completely wrong, nothing like the mockup. When we contacted Zebra Pack, the response we were given was that there were inevitably color variations based on printin on poly bubble mailers. I give it 2 stars because of the disposition to solve the problem. However, it is unfortunate that as a client we were not warned or notified prior to printing these of possible color issues. We should have received proof to approve, were we could consciously decide if the color variation was acceptable or not. In this case it is a completely waste of our money, we cannot use.
