Never received paid sample and no reply from customer service We ordered a sample 3 weeks ago that we paid for. We haven't received it. I wrote them 3 business days ago asking when we could expect it, and still haven't heard anything back. We don't have faith that this business will meet our needs.

You substituted our Gold pack bubble… You substituted our Gold pack bubble mailers for brown bubble mailers without asking. When I call customer service he said I will send you a label to return, then a few days went by and I called again. he then said he was waiting for approval from his boss. In this time i made another order of #0 gold mailers and almost a week goes by and you haven't even shipped my order and still haven't sent me a return label! Very unhappy! If you are out of something say so on your website! These will be our last orders with you!

Customer service is atrocious Hello I am a frequent customer of Zebra Pack and I am having a terrible experience with customer service. O order and spend a lot of money with this company. I am missing 2 boxes from my recent order. I call customer service to let them know they tell me the packages are on the way. It has already been a week. Ive called 3x and I and each time they tell me thy will call me back with a resolution. No one has reached out. I call back and I am now upset and impatient. I dont trust them any longer and they keep telling me to just wait. The customer service rep. The same person (male) Ive spoken to each time is very rude and disrespectful. I asked tk speak to a supervisor or manager. He said someone would get back to me. I ask to speak to someone other than him He hung up on me. I call back and they just send my call to voicemail.
