GBYou substituted our Gold pack bubble… You substituted our Gold pack bubble mailers for brown bubble mailers without asking. When I call customer service he said I will send you a label to return, then a few days went by and I called again. he then said he was waiting for approval from his boss. In this time i made another order of #0 gold mailers and almost a week goes by and you haven't even shipped my order and still haven't sent me a return label! Very unhappy! If you are out of something say so on your website! These will be our last orders with you!

I wrote them 3 business days ago asking when we could expect it, and still haven't heard anything back. We don't have faith that this business will meet our needs.

GBOrder did not even ship until I… Order did not even ship until I complained. Ten days had passed and I saw no updates, so I reached out, go no answer and instead I saw the tracking was updated that a label was created and that the package would ship that day. I was hoping that Zebrapack would be a viable alternative to Victory, but the problems are the same: disorganization. I've had one out of three orders goes smoothly. I'll try one more time. Product is great and price is great. No complaints there. Service needs help.
