USThe color was completely wrong The color was completely wrong, nothing like the mockup. When we contacted Zebra Pack, the response we were given was that there were inevitably color variations based on printin on poly bubble mailers. I give it 2 stars because of the disposition to solve the problem. However, it is unfortunate that as a client we were not warned or notified prior to printing these of possible color issues. We should have received proof to approve, were we could consciously decide if the color variation was acceptable or not. In this case it is a completely waste of our money, we cannot use.

USOrder did not even ship until I… Order did not even ship until I complained. Ten days had passed and I saw no updates, so I reached out, go no answer and instead I saw the tracking was updated that a label was created and that the package would ship that day. I was hoping that Zebrapack would be a viable alternative to Victory, but the problems are the same: disorganization. I've had one out of three orders goes smoothly. I'll try one more time. Product is great and price is great. No complaints there. Service needs help.

USHorribly slow Horribly slow, they advertise 3 day turn around on custom products, it has been _13_ days and it is still "in production". Avoid this company if you need your products this year.
