He keeps in touch both by email and text, and always lets you know what's going on. I have also liked BOTH of the transport companies he has sent to me to travel with my car.

I've had the pleasure of working with Spencer Thomas and Mercury Auto Transport two separate times when shipping my vehicles across multiple states -- once in 2021 and again in 2023. Both experiences were great. The first time around, a driver as located a few days in advance. The second time, a driver was not found until the day before. I was getting nervous, but Spencer reassured me. Great pricing, great communication, and of course, my car arrived in mint condition.
