Short notice on a Saturday, Jesus Vega helped me get a driver and had the car picked up within 4 hours of my call. Personable & professional dude. It was a relatively short trip but it was fast shipping & a painless process.

USThis was a very pleasant experience… This was a very pleasant experience for me Mr Eric La Gra Was very patient with me seeing i am overseas and had to rely on friends stateside to do the vehicle purchase for me. This took about a month to get done And Mr La Gra kept in contact via email not being pushy but checking if i still needed to move the truck which i did. He also sent me information on how the process of transporting a vehicle works so i could better understand. I would without a doubt work with him again from quote to delivery he was 100% transparent.

Misty stayed in touch and explained everything in great detail. The driver called to let me know my car arrived a day earlier then originally quoted. There were no extra charges like some consumers have experienced with other carriers. Awesome job guys. Thank you

USThe industry is odd The industry is odd - best to read up on how it works to set expectations on how much it costs and where the money goes. I was very happy with Spencer Thomas and how he handled getting my car shipped. He was prompt, communicative, and he found a suitable transporter for the next day, and all seemed to go relatively smooth. Only negative has to do with how they jog for business, and this is not just them, it's an industry thing - which is spam out emails with lower rates than you should expect to pay, then it's a bait and switch with what the price actually is. My eventual price was slightly higher than the initial bid - which i was told was a price they never could have achieved. But the end price was still better than many of the quotes i was getting elsewhere. Suggestion to all - look up businesses that have positive reviews on BBB or yelp or whatever your favorite review platform is. Make sure you feel comfortable and trust them (to some extent). I'm still giving Mercury a positive review, and would likely inquire with them again if i had to ship another car.

I've had the pleasure of working with Spencer Thomas and Mercury Auto Transport two separate times when shipping my vehicles across multiple states -- once in 2021 and again in 2023. Both experiences were great. The first time around, a driver as located a few days in advance. The second time, a driver was not found until the day before. I was getting nervous, but Spencer reassured me. Great pricing, great communication, and of course, my car arrived in mint condition. I would recommend Mercury Auto Transport in a heartbeat to friends or family.
