Excellence The office managers are very considerate & helpful. They explained everything completely, gave written materials explaining their process, & verbally went through the written materials. They also drove me to my storage site, gave me options for locks, & helped me with lock & opening the unit. They asked if I had any questions & said they were always available to help. The office is very clean, modern & updated with a lovely fish tank, items to buy & free water & coffee. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, trustworthy, convenient place to store your stuff. I have been pleased with my experience with Golden State Storage so far. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The facilities are well tended and secure. The price is higher than I'd like, but it's hard to argue with a high quality storage facility.
