What could be better? I would like a place to wash my trailer and fill up the water tank. I'd gladly pay a reasonable extra fee for the use of such a facility. Some storage places in the North Austin-Round Rock area claim to have such facilities. Mgmt has been easy to work with. Appreciate being able to plug in on an as-needed basis. Facility is reasonably well maintained.

Great experience We sold our home quickly, needed large climate storage and I went directly here. I was frazzled and had lots of questions. I was greeted with a welcoming, friendly hill country smile and assurance they could help me, even if I needed a trailer to borrow or a mover. When I needed a second unit, I again got the same special service. When I've had to add Christmas decorations or other items, what a convenience that a dolly is just inside the door preventing multiple trips. Think you can tell, I highly recommend!

I recently needed storage unit and … I recently needed storage unit and chose the one in Conroe close to the Walmart. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has been genuinely helpful and kind. They give you a free lock and I don't know any place that does that. I needed a 2nd storage unit and went back in. I have to admit that I'm a believer in Jesus Christ and I like to talk about the kingdom of God. So I struck up a conversation with them... Not to my surprise, their whole organization are believers as well. Regardless of a person's beliefs, from a business point of view, you will not be sorry for doing business with them.

Outstanding Storage Facility It is rare to find customer service in any business these days, but Lock Tite Storage goes above and beyond. Not only is there facility always clean, a welcoming bag and water bottle is in your unit when you arrive to move in. On numerous occasions if you are to stop in to pay your bill instead of mail, there will be treats on the table and a cold drink in the cooler. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. As much as it kills my husband and I to have "stuff" in storage, Lock Tite makes it a pleasure....if there is such a thing. LockTite knows customer service!
