Great experience We sold our home quickly, needed large climate storage and I went directly here. I was frazzled and had lots of questions. I was greeted with a welcoming, friendly hill country smile and assurance they could help me, even if I needed a trailer to borrow or a mover. When I needed a second unit, I again got the same special service. When I've had to add Christmas decorations or other items, what a convenience that a dolly is just inside the door preventing multiple trips. Think you can tell, I highly recommend!

Mr Terry was awesome... Mr Terry was awesome... we couldn't get trailer into LaPorte location so he personally went to Deer Park and found and measured to make sure trailer would fit. Your awesome Mr Terry. Only part I was little disappointed in was got to Deer Park and storage unit was locked and I had to make phone called and wait for them to come unlock,

Moe and Miranda @ La Porte Location Moe and Miranda at the La Porte location are absolutely the sweetest ladies I’ve ever done business with. They are very personable and will go above and beyond customer service. The facility is very clean and well kept, making us feel very comfortable with parking our new RV there.

My 2nd storage unit Moe helped me set up my 2nd storage unit. The storage area is very clean. All personnel was very courteous and professional.

Awesome Customer Service I have been procrastinating about getting extra storage. One day I was passing by the LaPorte location and decided to drop in and inquire about pricing. The storage manager, Moe, assisted me and I thought she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like she was genuine in helping find the best storage unit for my needs and not out just to make a buck. I felt like the pricing was great and I love the fact that I can make online payments.
