Awesome Customer Service I have been procrastinating about getting extra storage. One day I was passing by the LaPorte location and decided to drop in and inquire about pricing. The storage manager, Moe, assisted me and I thought she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like she was genuine in helping find the best storage unit for my needs and not out just to make a buck. I felt like the pricing was great and I love the fact that I can make online payments. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is looking for storage needs. Go see Moe! You wont be disappointed.

LockTite Storage Laporte - Awesome!! I deal with Moe at the Laporte LockTite location often. (The company I work for has several units at her location) She is so professional and always will to accommodate in anyway she can. Moe was an absolute gem! Moe was an absolute gem!! We have delt with many storage managers and she is by far the best. The location was perfect. Easy in and out with my 35' fifth wheel trailer. Very clean and organized location. The prices were the best around. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

I recently needed storage unit and … I recently needed storage unit and chose the one in Conroe close to the Walmart. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has been genuinely helpful and kind. They give you a free lock and I don't know any place that does that. I needed a 2nd storage unit and went back in. I have to admit that I'm a believer in Jesus Christ and I like to talk about the kingdom of God. So I struck up a conversation with them... Not to my surprise, their whole organization are believers as well. Regardless of a person's beliefs, from a business point of view, you will not be sorry for doing business with them.

Clean storage, friendly staff The building is always clean and is brightly lit. I have stored with another facility. Everything smelled from whatever cleaner or bug killer they used and the lighting was very poor. I would definitely recommend Wimberley LockTite.
