Awesome Customer Service I have been procrastinating about getting extra storage. One day I was passing by the LaPorte location and decided to drop in and inquire about pricing. The storage manager, Moe, assisted me and I thought she was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like she was genuine in helping find the best storage unit for my needs and not out just to make a buck. I felt like the pricing was great and I love the fact that I can make online payments. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is looking for storage needs. Go see Moe! You wont be disappointed.

LockTite Storage Laporte - Awesome!! I deal with Moe at the Laporte LockTite location often. (The company I work for has several units at her location) She is so professional and always will to accommodate in anyway she can. I recently needed storage unit and … I recently needed storage unit and chose the one in Conroe close to the Walmart. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) has been genuinely helpful and kind. They give you a free lock and I don't know any place that does that. I needed a 2nd storage unit and went back in. I have to admit that I'm a believer in Jesus Christ and I like to talk about the kingdom of God. So I struck up a conversation with them... Not to my surprise, their whole organization are believers as well. Regardless of a person's beliefs, from a business point of view, you will not be sorry for doing business with them.

Great facilty, great people! Wonderful new storage location. Everything about the site is first class with the management wanting to do things right. Over the years my experiences with climate controlled storage in the Gulf Coast has been pretty depressing. Minimal air conditioning / humidity control has caused a lot of grief. These units are exceptional in their effort to keep it controlled. The folks are friendly and helpful, with available equipment for tenants to use loading and unloading. A great value.

I have rented storage units before I have rented storage units before but this is by far the best experience I’ve had. The Deer Park office is well organized, comfortable and inviting. The staff is extremely professional and I would recommend them to everyone.
