Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided

GBTip-top service! I purchased some 'book binding basic' tools and supplies - only I'd forgotten something and ended up putting two orders through. Mandy picked this up and collated the two orders together so I only paid for 1 lot of P&P. My order was packed very carefully and the quality was tip-top. Would def. recommend to anybody who is looking to get into book binding or other preservation techniques.

GBExcellent Excellent - very prompt service. My order was urgent and having placed the order online I followed it up with an email to explain the urgency of my request. Tom Tregle immediately replied saying he would mark it as urgent with the team. Mandy Cosburn followed this up with three emails assuring me that the order would go up in the next day or so. I recieved it today. From placing the order to recieving it has taken 48 hours. I couldn't be more pleased or relieved -hank you. We will be in touch soon to place further orders.

GBEfficient and very helpful Not only does the company provide essential equipment and supplies, the staff are pleasant, helpful, and do their best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can. GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase. Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.
