Exceptional customer service... I recently had the pleasure of using Shippingxps for a critical shipment, and I am delighted to share that from start to finish, their service was impeccable. What truly set them apart was the efficiency of their shipping operations. My package arrived well before the expected delivery date, securely packaged, and in perfect condition. The real standout, however, was the exceptional customer service. The support team was not only responsive but also went above and beyond to address my queries promptly and professionally. Service was perfect Service was perfect. Communication was perfect. They helped query an item with shippers regarding if it could be shipped internationally, and ended up helping return said item, when it was deemed prohibited. I received my items in the UK in less than 3 days, using their cheapest shipping method. And they seem to be the cheapest of the forwarders around. Will definitely use from now on.

Amazing is an understatement Amazing is an understatement. ShippingXPS is the first package forwarding service I've tried. After reading a ton of bad reviews about the popular ones, I stumbled upon this one via Reddit, read some good reviews, and decided to try it out, and boy was it worth it! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner, all in less than 24 hours and sometimes instantly. They told me they don't work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), but I messaged them during a weekend and they still responded! I ordered 7 items from BestBuy and Amazon and they were delivered in 3 packages. ShippingXPS added all 3 packages to my account within a few hours of their arrival. I requested consolidation (which is free by the way) and my packages were consolidated into a single package in the most compact box possible within 24 hours. After I paid for shipping, a shipping label was created the next day (Monday) and FedEx picked it up the day after (Tuesday). This is a wonderful package forwarding company with speedy service delivery and excellent customer service. Can't recommend it enough! Forget the big ones and try this one out. You won't regret it, I assure you. 10/10 for me.

Amazing service Found this company on Reddit, very reliable and super quick service! The shipping cost to the UK was much cheaper than other companies in the US, took less than a week to arrive! Will definitely use it again and recommend it to all my friends haha

Good communication throughout Good communication throughout keeping me update on package purchase and arrival at their USA address and in shipping the package over to the UK No problems encountered with international shipping i.e. customs. And no delays either. Super fast at all stages. Will definitely use again for items i cannot buy directly from UK Prices modest and fair. 5 Star Service throughout. Highly recommended.
