Super cute boxes - great help for newbie!! Xander was awesome helping me design and order the correct boxes for my VERY small business. I am not a professional in this world and he was very patient and super fast with all of my questions and his answers. The work is amazing and my boxes look so great -I thought the prices were fair and the speed and quality of work was fantastic - btw, he was recommended to me by another small business person! 2 orders placed: so far so good! We've placed 2 orders so far with Ideal Custom Boxes. We decided to try them after frustration with our previous supplier. We appreciate their communication - Andy Craig is quick to respond and to answer questions and concerns. Jon Ford also responds and provides proofs quickly. The lead time is longer than advertised: the turnaround time we've experienced has been between 20 and 27 days rather than the 13 advertised, so plan accordingly. The print quality they've provided so far has been excellent. We are happy to recommend them and plan to work with them again.
